Professor Wang Fuchun’s Experience Of Acupoint Application In Treating Thyroid Nodules Clinical Observation

Objective:By using Wang Fuchun,Professor Wang Fuchun Treats the empirical side of the thyroid nodule,and the principle of treatment of thyroid nodules is elaborated.Provide a reliable clinical basis for its experience and verify the effectiveness and safety of the prescribed prescription through clinical observation.Methods:1.According to Professor Wang Fuchun has published the work and thesis,it explains its experience and therapeutic characteristics.2.The efficacy of the experience of Professor Wang Fuchun was verified through clinical observation.A total of 36 patients with Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Dalian Vitero International Hospital.Using Wang Fuchun,Professor Point Application Treatment of thyroid nodules,each patient is treated for 30 days for 1 course,passed once,1 day after treatment,2 courses,and follow-up after 14 days after treatment.3.Record Syndrome patients before and after treatment,including neck discomfort,regional nodes,foreign body sensation in the throat,often sigh,sweating,fatigue,chest pain,channeling,mood swings,loss of appetite points,the largest nodule was observed by ultrasonography Changes in diameter,thyroid function,and evaluate clinical efficacy.Results:1.Verified the experience of Professor Wang Fuchun with good results for thyroid nodules(gas-shaped sputum type).2.In Chinese medicine,the effect of Chinese medicine syndrome is 90.70%,and the effectiveness of the diameter of thyroid nodules is 87.5%.In the symptoms of Chinese medicine,some of these symptoms,such as emotionally unstable,normal sighs,and so on.3.The difference in follow-up after the end of the test study,and the difference in the treatment of Chinese medicine before treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).Note The treatment effect has a certain continuation,and the degree of recurrence of the condition is low.Conclusion:1.Professor Wang Fuchun has a good effect in the treatment(gantular sputum type)thyroid nodules.2.Acupoint application therapy experience in follow-up,the efficacy reflects its continuity and low recurrence rate.3.By comparing before and after the test,no other damages were found,which verified the safety of acupoint application therapy,which is worthy of clinical application.
