Linical Efficacy Of Pinellina Magnolia Bark Decoction In Treating Thyroid Nodules Qi Stagnation And Phlegm Obstruction

Objective:The changes of modified pinellia hopu decoction on the maximum nodule diameter,nodule number and TCM syndromes of patients with thyroid nodule qi depression and phlegm obstruction were observed by the method of before-after comparison,and the clinical efficacy of modified pinellia hopu decoction was evaluated.Methods:this experiment in January 2019-December 2019 in the first hospital affiliated to heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine,endocrinology clinic in thyroid nodule qi depression 43 patients with phlegm obstruction type of diagnostic criteria,giving flavored soup treatment,magnolia bark pinellia and drug adjustment according to the actual circumstance of patients,4 weeks for a period of treatment,to observe the changes before and after treatment in patients with nodal diameter and number,TCM syndrome integral and syndromes curative effect.Results:after 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diameter of thyroid nodule was smaller than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of thyroid nodules was less than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of thyroid nodule diameter reduction was 52.50%.The effective rate of TCM syndrome was 87.50%.Conclusion:1.The modified pinellia magnolia decoction can reduce the nodule diameter and the number of thyroid nodule in patients with thyroid nodule qi depression and phlegm resistance.2.The TCM syndrome score of patients with thyroid nodule qi depression and phlegm resistance type can be reduced by adding flavor ofpinellia magnolia decoction;To improve the TCM syndrome of patients with thyroid nodule qi depression and phlegm obstruction.
