Clinical Study On Modified Huanglian Zhengdan Decoction In Treatment Of Cardiac Neurosis

Objective:1.To explore the significance of the syndrome of hyperactivity of heart fire,biliary depression and phlegm disturbance in the pathogenesis of cardiac neurosis,and propose the treatment rules and prescriptions to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease.2.Through the research of this subject,observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huanglian Zhengdan Decoction combined with standardized Western medicine in the treatment of this disease.Research methods: A total of 72 patients with cardio neurosis with hyperactive heart fire and biliary depression and phlegm disturbance were included in this study.The test group and the control group each had 36 cases.The control group used Western medicine standardized treatment,including:a.Through communication,enlightenment and other methods(psychotherapy),alleviate the patient’s anxiety and self-symptoms;b.Oryzanol tablets 20mg/time,orally 3 times a day for 4 weeks;c.If the heart rate is too fast,temporarily give metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets 23.75～47.5mg orally;d.If the insomnia is severe,give dexzopiclone tablets 2mg orally temporarily.On this basis,the experimental group was given Huanglian Zhengdan Decoction(Chinese medicine decoction pieces)decoction for 4 weeks.Record the symptom scores and total scores of TCM before and after treatment for each patient,as well as the scores and total scores of the Anxiety(HAMA)and Depression Self-rating Scale(SDS),and use SPSS25.0 software for data analysis to evaluate the curative effect of Huanglian Zhengdan Decoction.Safety evaluation and analysis were carried out before,during treatment(after 2 weeks),and after 4 weeks(end of study)through general inspection,related physical and chemical inspection and follow-up.Research results:3 cases fell off in the experimental group,4 cases fell off in the control group,and a total of 65 cases completed the study.1.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were not statistically significant in age,gender,disease course distribution,heart rate,TCM symptom scores and total scores,and HAMA and SDS total scores(P>0.05),and they were comparable;2.In the comparison between the test group and the control group,the scores of symptoms,total scores,HAMA and SDS scores of TCM before and after treatment were statistically different(P<0.05);3.In terms of improving the total score of patients’ TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the test group was significantly stronger than that of the control group(90.9% and65.6%,respectively),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In terms of improving the HAMA score of patients,the total effective rate of the test group was significantly stronger than that of the control group(93.9% and 65.6%,respectively),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In terms of improving the SDS scores of patients,the total effective rate of the test group was significantly stronger than that of the control group(93.9% and 65.6%,respectively),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.After treatment,the two groups of patients were rechecked blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function(ALT,AST,BUN,Cr)and other safety indicators were not abnormal.Research conclusions:1.Huanglian Zhengdan Decoction combined with standardized western medicine treatment can significantly reduce the total TCM symptom score,HAMA and SDS scores of cardiac neurosis patients with hyperactive heart fire and biliary stagnation and phlegm disturbance.The treatment effect is better than that of the control group.Standardized treatment with pure Western medicine,and(P<0.05).2.In terms of improving the total scores of TCM symptoms,HAMA and SDS total scores,the total effective rate of the test group was significantly stronger than that of the control group,and it was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Huanglian Zhengdan Decoction combined with standardized western medicine treatment can more effectively treat cardio-neuropathy with hyperactivity of the heart,biliary depression and phlegm disturbance,and it is safe and worthy of popularization.
