Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beats Based On The Internal Disturbance Of Phlegm And Fire

Purpose:To explore the efficacy and safety of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions(phlegm fire internal disturbance syndrome),and to provide a reliable theoretical basis for clinical application.Material and method:66 patients were selected in accordance with the standards of the VPB phlegm fire syndrome,were randomly divided into two groups,control group including 33 cases,treated with oral beta blocker therapy,33 cases in the treatment group,Chinese medicine Huanglianwendan decoction combined with beta blocker therapy,4 weeks as a course of treatment.The changes of the total number of dynamic premature beat and the changes of TCM syndromes in two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the changes of blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function normal observed in the 24 groups before and after treatment.Results:The change of the two groups were statistically dynamic ECG changes,and liver and kidney function and other safety indicators,found that after a course of treatment,the treatment group of dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with premature count significantly reduced compared with the matched group,the total efficiency the treatment group was 90.91% and the matched group was 33.The total effective percentage was 72.73%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.01).The treatment group was significantly better than the matched group.The clinical symptoms were observed changes,data showed that the treatment group markedly effective percentage of TCM symptoms was 45.45%,the total effective percentage was 90.91%;the matched group statistics show that TCM syndrome markedly The effective percentage was 18.18% and the total effective rate was 63.63%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was obviously better than the matched group.The effective analysis and statistics of the curative effect of single Chinese medicine showed that the treatment group were all larger than the matched group,and the P <0.01 had statistical significance.There were no significant changes in safety indexes before and after treatment in the two groups.No bad time was observed during the observation.Blood,urine and stool routines,liver and kidney functions were in normal range before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.The addition and subtraction of Huanglian Wendan Decoction has a good effect on the ventricular premature beat(phlegm and fire disturbance).2,Huanglianwendan decoction can significantly improve ventricular premature beat(phlegmsyndrome)of TCM syndrome;3.The addition and subtraction of Huanglian Wendan soup has good safety.
