Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder With Phlegm And Fire Disturbance Of Heart By Huanglian Wendan Decoction

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of children with adhd in the treatment of children with adhd,and to provide a more effective and safe method for the treatment of children with adhd.Methods:All the selected cases were from the pediatric outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine,all of which were outpatient cases.In addition,a total of 60 cases of children with adhd(phlegm and arrhythmia type)were included into the standard.According to the simple randomization method of random number table,30 cases were divided into the treatment group and 30 cases were divided into the control group.The treatment group was given the oral Chinese medicine decoction huanglian wendan decoction plus or minus,the control group was given the oral western medicine ritalin tablet.The observation period is 2 months.Scores of TCM syndromes were recorded after 2 months for efficacy and safety evaluation.Two months after the end of the treatment course,two groups of cured children were followed up for observation,and the recurrence rate was recorded and compared.Results:1.The group comparison:the treatment group and control group before and after treatment symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the total integral comparison,in the group are all P<0.01,there are significant difference statistically significant,suggesting two groups have remarkable curative effect.2.Comparison between groups:the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 86.63%and 90.0%(P>0.05),respectively,without significant difference.Comparison between the treatment group and the control group after treatment group showed no statistical significance,P>0.05.Compared with the treatment group and the control group,the control group was superior to the treatment group in terms of improving hyperactivity,restlessness and impulsiveness,P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,P>.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of restlessness,dry mouth,vomiting,sputum salivation,secret stool and yellow and red urine,P<0.05.Conclusion:1.When rhizoma coptidis wendan decoction and ritalin tablets were used to treat children with adhd,P=0.944>0.05,without significant difference.2.Both rhizoma coptidis wendan decoction and ritalin tablet can improve the overall symptoms of children with adhd,and P=0.947>0.05.There is no significant difference between the two.3.Rhizoma coptidis wendan decoction and ritalin tablet can improve each single symptom of children with hyperactive sputum and fire disturbance heart type in Chinese medicine,all P<0.05,and the curative effect is significant.In the improvement of hyperactivity,restlessness and impulsiveness,ritalin tablets were better than those of rhizoma coptidis(P<0.05).Compared with ritalin tablets,P>was 0.05,without significant difference.Compared with ritalin tablets,rhizoma coptidis decoction was superior to ritalin tablets in the improvement of restlessness,dry mouth,vomiting,sputum salivation,secret stool knot,and yellow and red urine,P<0.05.
