Objective:In the treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)persistent infection, compare the efficacy of focused ultrasound(FU)combined with interferon to interferon alone, and analyze the factors influencing HPV negative conversion to provide new clinical data on the use of FU for treating HR-HPV infections. Methods:The study included 177 patients according to the inclusion criteria with persistent HR-HPV infection who received FU combined with interferon therapy in the First People’s Hospital of Neijiang City from December 2017 to December 2020.And a random sample of 182 patients at our hospital who received only interferon during that same time period was chosen as the control group.Patient information includes medical records including medical history, height, weight and maternity history,HPV genotyping,TCT and cervical biopsy results under colposcopy at 3,6,12,18,and 24 months after treatment. The negative conversion rates of HR-HPV infection at different follow-up time were compared between the two groups, and the related factors of the negative conversion rates of HR-HPV infection were analyzed.Results:1)Comparing the negative conversion rates of the two groups at 3 months,6months,12 months,18 months, and 24 months after treatment, the results showed that: the negative conversion rates of HPV in the FU combined with interferon treatment group was significantly higher than that in the interferon group at any following time frames.2)Treatment method, number of deliveries, multiple HR-HPV infections, and duration of infection with HR-HPV are the influencing factors for HPV negative conversion.3)No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion:FU combined with interferon in the treatment of HR-HPV persistent infection is significantly better than interferon alone, and can be promoted clinically;Treatment regimen, number of deliveries, persistent infection of multiple HR-HPV types, and duration of infection were the influencing factors for viral negative conversion.
