| Objective: Objective to observe the effect of TCM comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis on skin barrier function.Methods: A total of 30 patients with vulgaris plaque psoriasis were selected from the dermatology outpatient department and inpatients in the Fourth Clinical College of Xinjiang Medical University from December2019 to April 2021.The patients were divided into two groups: the experimental group(TCM comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan)and the control group(Western medicine comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan).The results were evaluated at 0week,2 week and 4 week respectively,and the skin lesions were taken at 0 week and 4weeks respectively.The pathological tissues K17 and flg of psoriasis were detected by histopathological immunohistochemistry,and skin CT was used to detect skin thickness.Results: The baseline data of age and course of disease of the two groups were basically consistent and comparable.According to the comprehensive efficacy index,the effective rate of the experimental group was 100.00%,and that of the control group was 64.29%.By chi square test(P = 0.033 < 0.05),the results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the overall efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and there were significant differences in flg,K17 and skin lesion thickness between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of psoriasis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and skin barrier function of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. |
