| To evaluate the chinese traditional comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of mild and moderate slow transit constipation, to promote the diagnosis and treatment scheme and raise the diagnosis and treatment level of slow transit constipation.Methods:100patients with mild and moderate slow transit constipation in Chengdu Rectum Faculty Hospital were randomly divided into chinese traditional comprehensive treatment group (hereinafter referred to as A group) and western medicine treatment group(hereinafter referred to as B group), with A group of50patients and B group of50cases. Main outcome measures:1. Efficacy assessment of constipation.2. SF-36questionnaire.3. To evaluate the patient satisfaction.4. Safety evaluation.5. Efficacy index. Telephone follow-up of6months. To Applicate SPSS16.0statistical software for analysis and statistical comparative analysis of the Observational data, P<0.05as a significant statistical significance.Outcome:1. Efficacy assessment At1month, the scores of B group including difficulty in defecation, stool, defecation time and frequency are significantly better than A group, but the fall, endless sense and expansion are Contrary, bloating have no difference; At3,6months, A group is better than B group in all scores;2. Efficacy index:At1month, A group are significantly better than B group; At3,6months, the result is Contrary;3. SF-36questionnaire:the scores of A group are significantly better than B group in all SF-36questionnaire assessment after6months,but there was no statistics difference between two groups at1month;4. At1month, the patient’s degree of satisfaction was higher in B group than A group, but it is Contrary at1months;5. There was no statistics difference between two groups in the safety evaluation at1months.6. After1,3,6months, the total effective rates of milds are higher than moderatesConclusion:Chinese traditional comprehensive diagnosis and treatment is better than Western medicine therapy, the long-term efficacy is sure in the treatment of mild slow transit constipation, the early standard treatment is recommended, but poor efficacy in patients with moderate constipation, it recommend early surgical intervention. |
