| Obective To my clinical department in elderly patients with leukemia application of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with small dose of chemotherapy,observation of patients KPS score,syndromes,the curative effect of remission rate and immune function,and comparing with western medicine group alone.Methods Choose between September 2011 and September 2013 in the first hospital affiliated to zhejiang university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital onset of elderly patients with leukemia 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups:traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group(treatment group)and western medicine control group(control group),the treatment group 29 cases,18 male cases,11female cases;The control group,31 cases,21 male cases and 10female cases.Treatment group was given based on small dose chemotherapy plus oral medicine treatment,thick Fried 80 ml,2 times a day,1 month 1 period of treatment,evaluation of curative effect after the two course and the control group given small doses of chemotherapy,observe the Kps score table,TCM symptoms integral,remission rate,immune function and other indicators to evaluate;Used SPSS 16.0 software package for data statistical analysis,measurement data with mean+/-standard deviation(x±s),according to statistics analysis with t test,P<0.05 statistically significant.Results(1)the two groups after treatment Kps score table scores were significantly increased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group than the control group increased more obviously,statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)two groups of patients after treatment of remission rate was statistically difference(P<0.05).(3)two groups after treatment of CD4,CD8 levels are lower,but the control group reduced obviously in the treatment group,compared statistically significant(P<0.05);Treatment group and control group CD4/CD8 were increased after treatment,the treatment group and CD4/CD8 ratio increased more obviously,compared with the control group was statistically significant difference(P<0.05);(4)two groups of patients after treatment of TCM symptom score were improved significantly(P<0.05),the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group effectiveness 79.31%,higher than the control group(P<0.05);Comparing the two groups was statistically difference(P<0.05);Conclusion Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment scheme in combination with small dose of chemotherapy can improve the KPS score of senile leukemia,syndromes,response rate,immune function,curative effect is superior to western medicine alone group. |
