| ObjectivesTo construct the intervention program of Family Integrated Care,and to explore the intervention effect of Family Integrated Care for the Family Hardiness of Preterm infants.MethodsAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,parents of premature infants hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of a Grade A hospital in Henan Province from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The admission time of the children was taken as the compatibility factor,and a randomized block grouping scheme was adopted.Every 4 children with adjacent admission time were taken as a block group,and the subjects were randomly and equally assigned to the control group and the intervention group through the random number table method.Control group given routine nursing care,participatory intervention group in addition to the usual care for Family Integrated Care.On the first day of admission,and the day of discharge,using Parenting Sense of Competence,Chinese version of Family Hardiness Index,Chinese version of Parenting Sense of Competence,Simple Coping Style Questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale to collection the data of parents’ Coping Style,Social Support,Parenting Competence,Family Hardiness,evaluate the efficacy of the intervention.Results(1)Before intervention,there was no statistical significance in the general information of the preterm infants and the scores of Family Hardiness,coping style,social support and sense of competence in parenting of the parents of preterm infants between the two groups(P>0.05),and the data of the two groups were comparable.(2)Comparison of FHI scores between the two groups before and after intervention:The total FHI score in the intervention group increased from(53.53±1.93)on admission to(62.19±4.65)on discharge.Compared with the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of coping style,social support and parenting competence scores between the two groups before and after intervention:Intervention group parents react to the increase from(17.16 + 2.91)on admission to(24.72-2.43)on discharge,while social support increased from(36.41 + 3.66)on admission to(41.06-3.00)on discharge,parenting feeling of competence score increased from(54.47 + 2.4)on admission to(70.69-3.41)on discharge.Compared with the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative coping score reduced from(15.69±2.02)on admission to(11.69±2.29)on discharge.Compared with the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of clinical outcome indexes between the two groups before and after intervention:The length of hospital stay in the intervention group was(30.75±13.29)days,and that in the control group was(41.34±25.32)days.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)Family Integrated Care can improve the positive coping style,social support,sense of competence of parents and Family Hardiness of preterm infants.(2)Family Integrated Care can reduce the number of days in hospital for preterm infants and promote disease recovery. |
