Objective:The family participatory care model was introduced into the implementation of ETI comprehensive oral intervention, and combined with the characteristics of ETI,the family participatory comprehensive oral intervention was constructed. To explore the effects of family participation comprehensive oral intervention on ETI weight, blood sugar and so on.In order to lay a theoretical and practical foundation for ETI early care program, the application effects of family participatory comprehensive oral intervention program and routine program were compared. Methods:Before the formal test, this study designed and formed a family participatory comprehensive oral intervention through literature review method and expert meeting method, and established a research team to conduct a preliminary test to confirm the sample content and feasibility.114 cases of ETI born in a Grade-A hospital in Nanning City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected by convenience sampling method as research objects, including 56 cases in the control group and 58 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with family participatory comprehensive oral intervention program on the basis of the control group.Weight on 1st,2nd and 3rd day after birth,7th and42 nd day after discharge, blood glucose on 1st,2nd and 3rd day after birth, and breastfeeding self-efficacy of mothers on ETI were used to evaluate the effect of this protocol on ETI.Respiration, body temperature and heart rate were measured by ETI 5 min before intervention,5 min after intervention and 1h after intervention to evaluate the safety of this protocol.Results:(1)The time effect and intergroup effect of ETI at different time points after birth were statistically significant(P<0.05),but the interaction effect was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The maximum weight loss of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion below the range of physiological weight loss(percentage of weight loss < 4%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion above the range of physiological weight loss(percentage of weight loss > 7%)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the time effect and interaction effect of ETI at different time points after birth between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the effect between the two groups(P<0.05).Further comparison between the two groups at the same time point showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the level of breast-feeding self-efficacy between the two groups before intervention(P > 0.05).After intervention, the self-efficacy level of mothers in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in respiration, body temperature and heart rate at different time points during ETI intervention in the observation group(P>0.05).Respiration,body temperature and heart rate were all within the safe range at different time points.Conclusion:(1)Family participatory comprehensive oral intervention is beneficial to improve the weight loss in ETI.(2)Family participatory comprehensive oral intervention is conducive to the improvement of ETI blood glucose level.(3)Family participatory comprehensive oral intervention is conducive to improving the level of breastfeeding self-efficacy of ETI mothers.(4)The vital signs were stable before and after the implementation of the family participatory comprehensive oral intervention, and the intervention program was safe and feasible.
