| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tong-xie-yao-fang recipe on selective serotonin reuptake in patients with diarrhea caused by liver depression and spleen deficiency caused by SSRI,so as to provide clinical basis for clinical practice.Methods:100 patients with diarrhea of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency caused by SSRI were collected and divided into two groups according to the principle of random single blind and simple random method.50 patients in the observation group were treated with Tong-xie-yao-fang decoction,and 50 patients in the control group were treated with Bifidobacterium Triple Live bacteria Powder for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The changes of syndrome scores and curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.After treatment,the recurrence rate was followed up for 4 weeks,and the safety index was evaluated.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Results:From the symptom score before and after treatment,the two treatment methods can alleviate and improve the clinical symptoms of diarrhea patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency caused by SSRI.The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group in abdominal pain,stool frequency,stool character,chest distension and tightness and the total symptom score(P<0.05,P<0.01).However,there was no significant statistical significance in the three syndromes of depression,loss of appetite and belching between the two groups.In terms of clinical efficacy,the observation group was clinically cured in 9 cases,improved in 39 cases and not cured in 2 cases,with a total effective rate of 96%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,34 cases were improved,13 cases were not cured,and the total effective rate was 74%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It is suggested that the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine observation group(Tong-xie-yao-fang recipe)is better than that of western medicine control group(Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria powder)in the treatment of diarrhea caused by SSRI.From the recurrence rate,the observation group effective 48 cases,recurrence 3 cases,recurrence rate 6,25%;control group effective 37 cases,recurrence 9 cases,recurrence rate 24.32%(P<0.01).It is suggested that the recurrence rate in the observation group is significantly lower than that in the control group.In this clinical observation,none of the 100 subjects had obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:This study shows that Tong-xie-yao-fang can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diarrhea of liver depression and spleen deficiency caused by SSRI,and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of patients,and has good safety,can improve the quality of life of patients. |
