Clinical Observation On Chaihe Jianpi Decoction In Treating Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Chaihe Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome due to liver depression and spleen deficiency,and to provide an effective diagnosis and treatment method for the treatment of this disease.Methods: Eighty patients with irritable bowel syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type diarrhea were selected as the research object,and were divided into treatment group and control group,according to the principle of random contro,40 cases in each groupl.The treatment group took Chaihe Jianpi Decoction;the control group took oral trimebutine maleate tabletst.Both are four weeks as a course of treatment.Observe the improvement of each symptom in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,and determine the treatment effect of the two by statistical analysis.Result:Various symptom scores: The scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared with those before the experiment,and the scores of each symptom were significantly different from those before the treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of the treatment group in patients with abdominal pain,diarrhea,loose stools,chest flank bloating,irritability or depression,and loss of appetite was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups of patients before and after treatment: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.59%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.A rank sum test was performed on the treatment effect of the two groups,and the results were Z =-2.924,P = 0.003(P <0.05),that is,there was a significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups,indicating that the treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: Chaihe Jianpi Decoction is superior to western medicine group in the overall curative effect of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome with liver depression and spleen deficiency type,and the recurrence rate is low.
