Clinical Observation Of Jie Yu Tong Xie Decoction In The Treatment Of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome) Accompanied By Anxiety And Depression

Objective: Diarrhea-like irritable bowel syndrome is a multiple disease in internal Medicine,and there are many outstanding methods of diagnosis and treatment of IBSD in internal Medicine of TCM.Therefore,through clinical research to explore whether Jieyu Tongxie Decoction improved the quality of life of deficiency of spleen and depression of liver IBS-D,to providing a prevention and treatment plan for the treatment of deficiency of spleen and depression of liver IBS-D by traditional Chinese medicine,relieve anxiety and depression.Methods: In this study,we will select 72 patient with deficiency of spleen and depression of liver IBS-D and using random digits table method,were fell into two distinct groups(there were no less than 30 cases in each group),experimental group take Jieyu Tongxie Decoction,control group take Tongxiening granules(5g×6 bags×/box,Chongqing huasen pharmaceutical Co,Ltd,approval No:z20090043);Continuous take treatment for 1 cycle(4 weeks is a cycle of treatment).After treatment,Observed the clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment,through statistical software analysis,and then,evaluating their effectiveness.Results:1.Comparison of therapeutic effect: After one cycle of treatment,the trial group was a few above control group on the curative effect rate(91.2% ratio 78.6%).The difference that P<0.01 between the two groups were statistically significant by two independent samples of nonparametric test,the trial group was better than the control group.2.Comparison of syndrome between the two groups: Post-therapy,the accumulate points of the two sets were compared,the trial group was better than the control group in improved the improvement and treatment effect of IBS-D(P<0.05).3.Comparison of symptoms inside the two groups : Post-therapy,the integral of the two group’s inner were compared,P < 0.05,that means they’re statistically significant,It shows that the two groups have obvious improvement effect on the overall syndrome,the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of deficiency of spleen and depression of liver IBS-D.4.Comparison of symptom accumulate points: Post-therapy,the single points of the two groups were compared,by nonparametric test of two independent samples,it is turned out that the trial group was better than the control group in improved pain and vent,irritability,fatigue,anxiety,depression(P < 0.05);It showed that the curative effect of the trial group is equivalent to the control group,on the basis of improving fullness and nerdy(P > 0.05).5.Security: There were no untoward reaction in the trial group and the control group.Conclusion: For patients with IBS-D accompanied by anxiety and depression,jie yu tong xie fang has a better therapeutic effect than tong xie ning granules and can effectively relieve abdominal pain and diarrhea,reduction of post-diarrhea pain,irritability,fatigue and other symptoms,reduce anxiety and depression of patients and at the same time,its safety is good,which can provide a clinical reference for future treatment of this Chinese medicine disease.
