Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Shengji Ointment Combined With Chinese Medicine In The Late Stage Of Mastitis Ulceration In Non-lactation Period

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang shengji ointment combined with internal administration on late ulceration of non-lactation mastitis.Methods : A collection of non-lactating patients with mastitis in the late stage of ulceration in the breast department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to December 2020 were collected,and68 eligible patients were divided into two groups under the principle of randomized control,each with 34 patients in each group.For example,the control group took Tuoli Touyu Decoction orally,and the treatment group took Wenyang Shengji ointment for external application,while taking Tuoli Touyu Powder for 28 days.Both groups were treated for 28 days.The wound area,wound area reduction rate,and mass of each group were recorded.The size and relevant clinical symptom scores,and then data processing and analysis were performed to observe the difference in curative effect between the two groups.Results:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate was 97.06% in the treatment group and 85.30% in the control group.The total effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)Two groups of patients in the wound area,wound area reduction rate,breast mass size,breast pain,granulation shape,skin color around the wound,breast shape were improved compared with before treatment(P < 0.05);after treatment,there were differences in the improvement degree of local breast symptoms between the two groups(P < 0.05),that is,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving local breast symptoms The control group.(3)After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P < 0.05);after treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)In terms of single symptom of TCM,there was no significant difference in scores of thirst,constipation and Insomnia between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).(5)Safety observation: there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Wenyang Shengji ointment combined with Tuoli Touyu Decoction has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of non-lactating mastitis in the late stage of ulceration.Compared with conventional dressing changes,Wenyang Shengji ointment combined with oral administration has more advantages and can more effectively improve non-lactating mastitis.The wound condition and related symptoms of patients in the late stage of ulceration can shorten the wound healing time,improve the patient’s quality of life,and help the patient recover early.
