| Objective : The use of closed negative pressure drainage(VSD)in combination with elephant skin biopulmonary cream for the treatment of stage 4 pressure ulcer wounds was performed to observe the effect on the growth of granulation tissue in stage 4 pressure ulcer wounds.To explore the clinical treatment methods for promoting the growth of granulation wounds on pressure ulcers.Method : Fifty-six eligible patients with pressure sore were selected and randomized into digital treatment software A(VSD plus skin bio-muscular cream group)and B(VSD group).Each group received 28 cases of basic treatment and blood pressure.And blood glucose control,antibiotics,and symptomatic and supportive treatment.After the debridement treatment of the wound,the corresponding treatment intervention was performed.The wounds were observed on the 7th,14 th,21st,and 28 th days of the treatment,and the degree of wound edema was scored and the wound was permeated.The degree of fluid score,the rate of clearance of necrotic tissue in the wound,and the score of granulation tissue growth were scored.After the data screening and pretreatment,statistical methods were used to obtain the corresponding results.Results:1.Comparison of wound edema: The degree of wound edema was reduced after treatment in both groups A and B.The curative effect score was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 21 days,the edema score in group A was 3(3,3),and the edema score in group B was evaluated.At 3(2,3)points,mild edema was indicated on the wound.Comparing the entire course of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the reduction of wound edema score between group A and B(P>0.05).2.Comparison of wound exudates: The wound exudation after treatment in group A and B was effectively controlled,and the curative effect score was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 21 days,the exudation score in group A was 3(2,3).Theexudation score in group B was 3(2,3),which indicated that only a small amount of exudation was found on the wound.Comparing the entire treatment process,there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B in reducing the wound exudation score(P>0.05).3.Comparison of clearance rate of wound necrotic tissue: Both groups A and B were effectively cleared of wound necrotic tissue after treatment,and the curative effects were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clearance rate of necrotic tissue was more pronounced in group A and B than in group B.High,and shorter time-consuming,statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Wound granulation tissue coverage score: Both groups A and B can promote the growth of fresh granulation tissue after the treatment,the curative effect is statistically significant(P <0.05);A group and B group,to promote fresh granulation tissue growth The score was higher and statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy of the two groups after treatment:Through the observation of the total treatment of the two groups after 28 days,the total effective rate of the group A and B in the treatment of 4 patients with pressure sores were 100.0% and 89.3%,respectively.The curative effect,while the overall treatment effect of group A was better than that of group B,and the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion : In the 4th stage of pressure sore treatment,the use of VSD technology can effectively reduce tissue edema and control inflammatory exudation.At the same time,combined with elephant skin and muscle cream can significantly promote the removal of necrotic tissues and the growth of fresh granulation tissue,thus shortening the wounds of patients.The time required for wound bed preparation before skin graft or flap repair can further shorten the length of hospital stay for patients,and it also enables medical resources to be fully and reasonably applied. |
