Study On The Clinical Effect And Transdermal Property Of Wu She Ru’ An Ointment On Granulomatous Mastitis In The Stage Of Mass

Objective:1.To observe the clinical effect of Wu she ru’an ointment in thetreatment of mass Granulomatous Mastitis and provide theoretical support for its clinical application.2.Through experimental study,the transdermal property of cinnamalde hyde and borneol in Wu she ru’an ointment was investigated,and the transdermal rate of both was determined.Methods:Part I:The expected to observe mass period of 60 patients with Granulomatous Mastitis,randomly divided into two groups,control group to the hormone,internal and Chinese medicine treatment,the observation group to hormones,internal with external Wu she ru’an ointment adhesive plaster therapy,with 14 as a periodic followup,followup until 6 cycles or cured,compared two groups of mass change before and after each cycle,painscore and the treatment effect.Part II:To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of cinnamaldehyde and borneol components in Wu she ru’ an ointment.Results:Part I:The comparison of tumor reduction rate and pain score in the two groups at different periods was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group.The effective rate was 96.7%in the observation group and 77.4%in thecontrol group,and the difference between the two groups was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Part Ⅱ:Cinnamal dehyde and borneol in Wu she ru’an ointment could penetrate through the skin of isolated rats,and the penetration rateswere 49.35%and 62.26%respectively at 24 hours.Conclusion:1.Wu she ru’ an ointment has a significant effect on reducing the mass,relieving the pain and improving the treatment efficiency in patien-ts with mass Granulomatous Mastitis,and can be applied in clinical practice.2.This test method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used to study the transdermal properties of cinnamaldehyde and borneol in Wu she ru’ an ointment.
