ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of integrative rehabilitation therapy on the recovery of lower limb function of patients with cerebral infarction for finding a more effective method to improve lower limb function after cerebral infarction.Methods60 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 3groups: group A to group C.There were 20 patients in each group. All patients were treated by routine therapy in neuropathic department such as reducing pressure in brain,anti-infecting,keeping the balance of electrolyte and water, improving circulation of brain and so on,while all patients received the cluster needling of scalp acupuncture;MOTOmed and rehabilitation therapy with different combination by different levels which are depend on length of treatment.Results1.there is a significant improvement of the deficiency of neural function of lower limb, the motor function of lower limb by cluster needling of scalp acupuncture,MOTOmed and rehabilitation therapy with different length of treatment.2.there is a significant improvement of the deficiency of neural function of lower limb after cerebral infarction, the motor function of lower limb by effect of each other between cluster needling of scalp acupuncture and functional electrical stimulation;between cluster needling of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy;between rehabilitation therapy and functional electrical stimulation.3.there is a significant improvement of ADL after cerebral infarction by effect of each other between cluster needling of scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy;between rehabilitation therapy and functional electrical stimulation.Conclusion1.The simplex cluster needling of scalp acupuncture and simplex rehabilitation therapy and simplex functional electrical stimulation can improve the deficiency of neural function of lower limb, walking function and ADL after cerebral infarction.2.the best project in the experiment is that cluster needling of scalp acupuncture sand, rehabilitation therapy and functional electrical stimulation are combined.
