Clinical Observation On The Hemostatic Effect Of Bushen Guchong Decoction On Adolescent Metrorrhagia And Leakage In Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:By observing the hemostatic effect of Bushen Guchong Decoction on adolescent metrorrhagia patients with kidney-qi deficiency syndrome,further study its mechanism,and provide new ideas and scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:In this study,66 cases of adolescent metrorrhagia and metrorrhagia with kidney-qi deficiency were selected from the gynecological clinic of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The treatment group was taken orally with Bushen Guchong Decoction,and the control group was taken orally with Carbazochrome Tablets.The two groups were treated for 7 days respectively.In the course of the study,6 cases were excluded due to loss of follow-up and failure to take drugs as required,and a total of 60 cases finally met the standard(30cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group).The treatment group and the control group were observed for the effect of vaginal hemostasis,TCM syndrome score,PBAC score,HGB,PLT,PT,APTT,and statistical analysis.Results:1 General situationThe two groups were compared in terms of age distribution,duration of disease,time of vaginal bleeding,time of menarche and disease condition,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups could be compared.2 Hemostatic effectThe total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%(P>0.05).There was no difference in the curative effect,which showed that Bushen Guchong Decoction and Carbazochrome Tablets had the same hemostatic effect on the bleeding stage of the adolescent metrorrhagia patients with kidney-qi deficiency.3 PBAC pointsThe PBAC score of the two groups before and after treatment was compared,P<0.01,which showed that Bushen Guchong Decoction and Carbazochrome Tablets could significantly reduce the amount of bleeding.The PBAC score of the two groups after treatment was compared,P>0.05,indicating that the effect of reducing blood loss in the two groups was equivalent.4 Laboratory indicators4.1 HGBCompared with the HGB before and after treatment in the two groups,the HGB in the control group had no significant difference from that before treatment(P>0.05),while the difference in the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that Bushen Guchong Decoction could significantly increase the HGB level,while Carbazochrome Tablets had no significant effect on the HGB level.Compare the HGB level of the two groups after treatment,P<0.01,indicating that Bushen Guchong Decoction is significantly better than Carbazochrome Tablets in raising the HGB level.4.2 PT、APTTCompared with PT and APTT before and after treatment in the two groups,PT and APTT in the control group had no significant difference compared with that before treatment(P>0.05),while PT and APTT in the treatment group had statistical significance compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group could significantly reduce PT and APTT levels,while the control group had no significant effect on PT and APTT.The comparison of PT and APTT between the two groups after treatment,P<0.01,showed that Bushen Guchong Decoction was significantly better than Carbazochrome Tablets in shortening the coagulation time.4.3 PLTCompared with PLT before and after treatment in the two groups,P<0.01,indicating that both methods can increase the level of PLT.The comparison of PLT between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05)showed that Bushen Guchong Decoction and Carbazochrome Tablets had the same effect in raising PLT level.5.TCM syndrome scoreThe scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that both Bushen Guchong Decoction and Carbazochrome Tablets can improve the syndrome of kidney qi deficiency in patients.The comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01)shows that Bushen Guchong Decoction has more advantages in improving the clinical performance of patients with kidney-qi deficiency syndrome.6.Analysis of curative effect of TCM syndromeThe total effective rate was 56.67% in the control group and 86.67% in the treatment group(P<0.01).It shows that the therapeutic effect of Bushen Guchong Decoction on the bleeding stage of adolescent metrorrhagia patients with kidney-qi deficiency is significantly better than that of Carbazochrome Tablets.Conclusion:Bushen Guchong Decoction has a good hemostatic effect in treating the bleeding period of adolescent metrorrhagia patients with kidney-qi deficiency syndrome.It can improve anemia,coagulation function,and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.In addition,the patients have no adverse drug reactions during the treatment,and the safety is good.
