Clincal Observation On The Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis With Liver Qi Induced Gastric Type Treated Of Hp-Positive By Fire Needle

Objective : To evaluate the efficacy of fire acupuncture on chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG)and provide a clinical basis for the treatment of chronic nonatrophic gastritis.Methods:Sixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria and their inclusion in the subject were randomly divided into two groups of 30 each according to the randomized digital table method.Treatment group selection: Mingyang,Gayu(bilateral),Hepyu(bilateral),Shangwan,Zhongwan,Zusanli(bilateral),macrodeficiency(bilateral),Taichong(bilateral).On the above acupoints,use Shi’s single fine fire needle(0.5 * 50mm),the stabbing method of speed thorn method.The course of treatment is 3 days,5consecutive treatment is 1 treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.The control group used omeprazole enterol capsule 20mg/,1 time a day,oral before meal,amoxicillin capsule0.5g/,3 times a day,oral after meal,clarithromycin 0.5g/,2 times a day,and oral after meal.Two weeks is 1 course,a total of 1 course of treatment.Follow-up was performed one month after the end of the treatment.The clinical symptoms scores,C14 breath test results,PRO scale scores of the spleen and stomach,and clinical efficacy were evaluated in the two groups before and after the treatment were recorded.Results:1..Clinical efficacy comparison: The total efficiency of the treatment and control groups was 89.66% and 93.10%,respectively,and the comparison differences were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).2.Hp clearance comparison: The efficiency of Hp clearance in the treatment and control groups was 62.07% and 79.31%,respectively,statissignificant(P <0.05);in the two groups,the difference was significant(P <0.05).3.Comparison of clinical symptoms: clinical symptom integration between treatment group and control group is lower compared with before treatment,and the difference has statistical significance(P <0.05);clinical symptoms integration between treatment group and control group have no statistical significance(P> 0.05).4.PRO Scale: The PRO scale score of gastrointestinal diseases after treatment was lower compared with that before treatment and showed statistical significance(P <0.05).There was no statistical difference between GI disease PRO scale scores after therapy versus controls(P> 0.05).5.Follow-up the two patients successfully treated successfully,and the results showed that the recurrence rate in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group.
