| Objective: In this paper,Chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG)patients with deficiency cold in the spleen and stomach type were studied.By comparing the clinical efficacy of the "Straight needle continuous acupuncture therapy" by penetrating the back-shu acupuncture point combined with moxibustion and the conventional acupuncture method combined with moxibustion for the treatment of CNAG with deficiency cold in the spleen and stomach,so as to select a more optimal treatment plan.To provide a new thought,method and clinical basis for acupuncture treatment to improve clinical efficacyMethod: Deficiency cold in the spleen and stomach type Chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients were studied.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the Straight needles continuous acupuncture combined with moxibustion group and the conventional acupuncture method combined with moxibustion group using a simple randomized,single-blind trial design method By the order of attendances,with 30 cases per group.Specific operation method: Both groups of patients were placed in prone position,and 75% alcohol was used to disinfect the skin in the bilateral Gan-shu,Dan-shu,Pi-shu and Wei-shu acupuncture points.In the observation group,after the first needle penetrates from Gan-shu to Danshu,the next needle penetrated from Dan-shu to Pi-shu,at this time,the tip of the previous needle should be connected with the root of the next needle,and then the same method penetrates from Pi-shu to Wei-shu,the tip of the needle does not penetrate through Sanjiao-shu,and each needle is required to obtain Qi.Moxibustion using the hospital preparation of heat-sensitive moxibustion moxa strips,lit with a moxa box that can cover the acupuncture range of gentle moxibustion acupuncture points,moxa box moxibustion moxa strips from the patient’s skin about 3-4cm,observe the patient’s response,the heat sensation of patients with diminished knock down moxa ash in time to prevent the lack of moxibustion sensation,moxibustion overheating timely treatment to prevent the distance too close or moxa ash falling off burned skin.After the treatment,the needles were removed,and keeping them for thirty minutes,and the manipulated every 10 minutes,a course of treatment included ten days,with one day between each course,for a total of 3 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the patients were scored by the CNAG main symptom score quantitative grading scale,the CNAG symptoms of Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes score quantitative grading scale,and the PRO scale of chronic gastritis,and the efficacy was judged according to the scores of the two groups before and after treatment and the efficacy criteria in the Chinese Medicine Digestive Disease Treatment Guide.The before-and-after changes in the scores of the included study subjects were statistically analyzed by the data processing system SPSS26.0 to select a more optimal therapy and to optimize the clinical acupuncture treatment plan for the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type CNAG.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05)in the comparison of gender,age,disease duration,each score and total score of CNAG main symptoms,total score of CNAG TCM symptoms,and total score of PRO scale for chronic gastritis between the two groups of subjects,indicating that the experiment could be further conducted.2.Comparison of CNAG main symptom grading scale scores: comparison in group:after treatment,the CNAG main symptom scores decreased in both groups,indicating that both treatment regimens had certain efficacy on CNAG,comparison between groups: the difference in the decrease of CNAG main symptom scores in the observation group was greater than the conventional acupuncture subject,so the Straight needle continuous acupuncture combined with moxibustion box was better than the conventional acupuncture combined with moxibustion subject,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of CNAG TCM symptom score quantitative grading scale scores:intra-group comparison: both groups the CNAG TCM symptom scores decreased after treatment,indicating that both treatment regimens have certain efficacy on spleen and stomach deficiency cold type CNAG,inter-group comparison: the difference in the decrease of CNAG TCM symptom score in the observation subject was greater than that in the conventional acupuncture,so the Straight needle continuous acupuncture combined with moxibustion box therapy subjects was better than the conventional acupuncture combined with moxibustion group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Comparison of PRO scale scores for chronic gastritis: comparison in group:the scores of all domains decreased in both groups before and after treatment,indicating that both treatments improved the negative emotions of patients.comparison between groups: the difference in the decrease of the PRO scale scores of chronic gastritis in the observation subject was lower than that in the control subject,so the Straight needle continuous acupuncture combined with moxibustion box subject was better than the conventional acupuncture combined with moxibustion subject,and the difference has statistically significance(P<0.01).5.Comparison of efficacy after treatment: when the statistics were conducted at the end of the treatment course,the total effective rate of the straight acupuncture combined with moxibustion group was 96.67%;the total effective rate of the conventional acupuncture combined with moxibustion group was 66.67%,statistically significant difference(P<0.01),suggesting that the clinical efficacy of the Straight needle continuous acupuncture combined with moxibustion box therapy at the back-shu points was better than that of the conventional acupuncture treatment for the spleen and stomach deficiency cold type CNAG,and the effect was more significant.Conclusion:1.Both straight needles continuous acupuncture combined with moxibustion box therapy and conventional acupuncture combined with moxibustion box had efficiency,and both can cure the clinical symptoms and quality of life.2.The efficacy of straight needles continuous acupuncture combined with moxibustion box is better than that of conventional acupuncture combined with moxibustion,which can significantly cure the main symptoms such as belly-ache,bloating and the primary and secondary symptoms of TCM symptoms in patients.3.Both straight needles continuous acupuncture combined with moxibustion box therapy and conventional acupuncture combined with moxibustion box therapy could improve patients’ anxiety to some extent,but the efficacy of straight needle continuous acupuncture combined with moxibustion box therapy was better than that of conventional acupuncture combined with moxibustion box therapy. |
