Clinical Evaluation Of Fire Acupuncture In Improving Clinical Symptoms And Mental State Of Patients With Chronic Gastritis

Objective: Chronic gastritis is a chronic inflammatory reaction of gastric mucosa caused by a variety of reasons.The clinical manifestations of indigestion such as recurrent pain or discomfort in the upper abdomen,abdominal distension,nausea,belching,etc.are the main clinical manifestations.It may be cancerous and seriously affect the mental health of patients and quality of life.This experimental study observes the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture in the treatment of chronic gastritis,and provides a safe and effective clinical treatment method for the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods: In this study,66 patients treated in the xxx Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(n=33)and control group(n=33).The treatment group was treated with fire acupuncture,and the control group was treated with ordinary filiform acupuncture.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.TCM symptom score,PRO scale score of chronic gastritis,SAS anxiety state and depression state score were recorded before and after treatment.According to the clinical symptoms of patients and the improvement of the above scale score,the clinical efficacy of fire needle in treating chronic gastritis was evaluated.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in each individual clinical symptom between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the two groups were compared within the group respectively.In the treatment group,the single score of abdominal distention,nausea,vomiting and pantothenic acid decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in belching compared with before treatment(P>0.05);In the control group,the single score of the difference in appetite was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in epigastric fullness,epigastric pain,pectoral and hypochondriac pain(distension,tingling or dull pain),abdominal distension,nausea,vomiting,belching and pantothenic acid after eating(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups were compared between the two groups.After treatment,the single symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group in terms of epigastric pain,epigastric pain,chest and hypochondriac pain(distension pain,tingling pain or dull pain),nausea and vomiting,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in abdominal distension after eating and belching pantothenic acid after treatment compared with the control group(P>0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference in the total score of clinical symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the two groups were compared within the group,and the total clinical symptom score decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was statistically significant difference in the total score between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The PRO scale scores of chronic gastritis patients in the two groups before treatment were compared in the fields of physiology,psychology,independence and remission,with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in the fields of physiology,psychology,independence and remission between the two groups(P <0.05).4.The total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group and 84.8% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety state and depression state between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,there were significant differences in SAS anxiety state score and depression state score between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.For patients with chronic gastritis,the use of fire needle therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with epigastric swelling pain,chest and hypochondriac pain(distension pain,tingling pain or dull pain)and poor appetite.2.Fire needle can significantly improve the PRO score of chronic gastritis in patients with chronic gastritis,improve the anxiety and depression in patients with chronic gastritis,and improve the quality of life.
