To Investigate The Clinical Effect Of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction On Cerebral Hemorrhage Complicated With Gastroint-estinal Dysfunction Based On SCF/c-kit Pathway

Purpose:1.By hemorrhage rats model,the model rats to observe the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage of gastrointestinal dynamic pathological changes,and through to the family of receptor tyrosine kinase(C-kit),the first sanya stem cell factor(SCF)m RNA and protein expression,understanding of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)huanglian jiedu decoction on acute cerebral hemorrhage in gastrointestinal dysfunction,SCF/C-kit regulation of signaling pathways for the clinical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage disorder of the stomach power provides a new train of thought and research basis for treatment.2.The patients with acute gastrointestinal dysfunction in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage were treated with huanglian jiedu decoction to observe the improvement of gastrointestinal motility disorder within 1week of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:1.The rats were injected with autologous blood to create a cerebral hemorrhage model.After the successful modeling,the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,namely the normal group,the sham operation group,the model group,the control group and the observation group,with a total of 40 rats.After the rats were awake,normal group,sham operation group and model group were given normal saline,while the control group and observation group were treated with moxapili and coptis antidotal decoction respectively.Rats in the five groups were sacrificed after 7 days of continuous administration.The neurological function of the five groups of rats was scored 24 h and 7d after administration,and the neurological function of the five groups of rats was compared.After the death,the gastrointestinal tissues of the five groups of rats were collected to observe the gastrointestinal mucosal injury and the expression of SCF and c-kit.2.Sixty patients with cerebral hemorrhage combined with gastrointestinal dysfunction and TCM dialectical belong to fire-toxic type were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and control group),each group 30 cases.All patients in both groups were given routine treatment such as dehydration and other related routine treatment after entering the group.The treatment group was treated with Huanglian jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group.A week later,the scores of gastrointestinal dysfunction and TCM syndrome in the two groups were compared and observed.Results: Animal experiment results showed that the related expression of gastrointestinal mucosal injury and SCF、C-kit in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after gavage;in the clinical observation,the patients in the treatment group were better than the control group in terms of gastrointestinal dysfunction and TCM symptom score.Conclusion:1.Through the observation and data evaluation of clinical patients,it is observed that Huanglian jiedu decoction has certain curative effect on patients with TCM fire-toxic intracerebral hemorrhage complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction.2.By observing the changes of SCF/C-kit signaling pathway in rats,the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage was closely related to the appearance of gastrointestinal dysfunction.3.Through the comparison of animal experiments and the treatment of clinical patients,it can be found that huanglian jiedu decoction can improve the relative expression of SCF/ c-kit by regulating the SCF/ c-kit pathway and enhancing the relative expression of SCF and c-kit,thus playing a clinical effect on cerebral hemorrhage with gastrointestinal dysfunction..
