Effect Of Purging Fire Toxin Method On Gastrointestinal Dysfunction In Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:1.To explore the effect of purging fire toxin method on gastrointestinal mucosa of rats with acute cerebral infarction and its possible regulatory mechanism;2.To explore the effect of purging fire toxin method on gastrointestinal function of patients with fire toxin syndrome in acute stage of cerebral infarction.Methods:1.Healthy male Wistar rats were selected to establish middle cerebral artery infarction model by suture method.Rats were randomly divided into Huanglian Jiedu Decoction group,mosapride group,placebo group,sham operation group and normal group.After7 days of continuous administration,the rats were killed by removing the neck.The gastrointestinal tissues were selected for HE staining,and the m RNA and protein expression levels of C-kit and SCF in intestinal tissues were detected.2.Patients with fire toxin syndrome complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction in acute stage of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and Huanglian Jiedu Decoction group.The gastrointestinal dysfunction score,curative effect evaluation,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum citrulline and motilin were detected immediately and on the 7th day after admission.Results:1.Compared with the placebo group,the pathological injury score of gastrointestinal mucosa in Huanglian Jiedu Decoction group was significantly lower,and the expression of SCF,C-kit m RNA and protein in gastrointestinal tissue was significantly higher(P< 0.05)2.The scores of gastrointestinal dysfunction and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group(P < 0.05),and the levels of serum motilin and citrulline in the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction group were significantly higher than those in the conventional treatment group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.There is pathological damage in gastrointestinal mucosa of rats with acute cerebral infarction.Huanglian Jiedu Decoction has a certain protective effect on gastrointestinal mucosa of rats.2.Huanglian Jiedu decoction may regulate gastrointestinal function by increasing the expression levels of SCF and c-kit m RNA and protein in gastrointestinal tract of rats with acute cerebral infarction.3.Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can effectively improve the fire toxin symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms of cerebral infarction patients with fire toxin syndrome,and has a certain regulatory effect on the serum citrulline and motilin.
