Clinical Observation Of Jiuweiiaoyong Decoction In Treating Perianal Abscess (Syndrome Of Accumulation Of Fire Poison )

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jiuweixiaoyong Decoction on patients with perianal abscess(syndrome of accumulation of fire poison)by observing the change of related symptom scores in the treatment of perianal abscess(syndrome of accumulation of fire poison).Methods:60 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jiuweixiaoyong Decoction and the control group was treated with levofloxacin capsule.After 7 days of treatment,the scores and total scores of anal pain,subjective symptoms,block size and local skin color of patients with perianal abscess were compared,so as to observe all the data related to the overall curative effect and the clinical observation.Results:1.In terms of clinical efficacy,the control group: 5 were cured,8were markly effective,10 were effective,and 7 were inefffective.The total effective rate was 76.67%;The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%,with 10 cases cured,8 cases markly effective,6 cases effective and 2cases ineffective.The two groups were tested(P=0.016<0.05),indicating that there was significant difference between the two groups,and the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.2.In terms of clinical symptoms,after 7 days of treatment,in terms of anal pain symptoms,the control group(1.23±0.97)and the treatment group(0.66±0.61),by Wilcoxon rank sum test,P=0.017<0.05,which was statistically significant;In terms of subjective symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the control group(4.23±1.10)and the treatment group(2.27±1.14)were statistically significant,P=0.000<0.05,by Wilcoxon rank sum test;In terms of block size symptoms,the control group(1.17±0.95)and the treatment group(0.63±0.56),P=0.023<0.05,which was statistically significant;In terms of local skin color symptoms,the control group(1.03±0.61)and the treatment group(0.53±0.51),P=0.002<0.05,which has statistical significance,indicating that the four symptoms of the two groups have improved to a certain extent after treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.3.By Wilcoxon rank sum test,the total score of four syndromes after treatment,the control group(7.76±3.64)and the treatment group(4.10±2.81),P=0.000<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,indicating that the total score of four syndromes in the two groups after treatment is lower than that before treatment,and the total score of four syndromes in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.Conclusion: Jiuweixiaoyong Decoction and levofloxacin capsule are effective in the treatment of perianal abscess(syndrome of accumulation of fire poison),and Jiuweixiaoyong Decoction is more effective.
