Objective:Through the collection of relevant documents of national medicine master professor Liu Minru,the accumulation of relevant teaching contents,the collection of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome cases,summarize the academic thoughts and the analysis of clinical experience on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of national medicine master professor Liu Minru.Methods:1.Sort out manuscripts:collect professor Liu Minru’s text,audio,video about "study of TCM new diseases" and "the clinical correspondence study between lipid membrane obstruction in cells and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome" to conduct a comprehensive system study.And combine with professor Liu Minru’s daily interpretation and teaching content to further study the relevant notes.2.Collect cases:collect professor Liu Minru’s cases that meets the diagnostic criteria of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in Liu Minru women’s medical research institute(Shenzhen),CVTE,Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine studio of professor Liu Minru from 2017 to 2019.Use Excel to make statistical table of case data and use the"multidimensional trend analysis method" based on Python design for data analysis.Results:1.Professor Liu Minru deeply realized the necessity of developing new diseases of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,and on this premise,combined with the development of new diseases of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine by predecessors,proposed the name of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome——"multiple syndromes of lipid membrane congestion in cells".2.Professor Liu Minru proposed the clinical correspondence study between lipid membrane obstruction in cells and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome from the four aspects——"the origin of disease name is based on evidence","the concept of disease should be clear","examination of syndrome and the mechanism of disease release" and "the mechanism of syndrome differentiation and treatment cycle".3.The data analysis results based on the "multidimensional trend analysis method"designed by Python show that the main syndromes of polycystic ovary syndrome are kidney deficiency and phlegm-fat stasis,which also indicates that the disease of polycystic ovary syndrome is in the kidney,mainly due to the combination of dampness,phlegm and blood stasis and blood stasis resistance.The most concentrated symptoms are menstruation late period,the thin and white coating on the tongue,menstruation future tide,smooth pulse,pale tongue,oligomenorrhea,blood clots during menstruation,deep pulse,red tongue and so on.The treatment is mainly clearing heat and descending.The most frequently used medicine pair is "Angelica sinensis-Ligusticum wallichii-the seed of cowherb",generally to remove stasis and promote blood circulation.The treatment of main syndrome type is different due to the different causes,but it focuses on removing stasis,tonifying kidney and replenishing the essence at the same time to achieve the purpose of treating.Conclusion:Professor Liu Minru proposed that the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine is to use the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to guide the clinical practice and always advocate the "original clear source".Her research on the clinical correspondence of the syndrome of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Data analysis was conducted from three aspects——cause of disease,pathogenesis and location of disease.And show the internal correlation logic of its prescription,drug and symptom cluster through data analysis to provide reference for clinical syndrome differentiation,prescription selection and medication.
