Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Pre-menopausal Syndromes With Danggui Liuhuang Decoction

Objective:This subject aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction for treating premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes of hyperactivity of fire due to Yin deficiency type,and to explore its mechanism,so as to provide clinical basis for the treatment of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndromes with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study,64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases).The control group was given hormone replacement therapy(Fenmatong,1 tablet per day orally,the first 14 days,brick red tablet,the last 14 days,yellow tablet)for 3 consecutive cycles;on the basis of this,the observation group added Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,and the total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the improved kupperman score,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale score,and the sex hormones(E2,FSH,LH)were recorded,and observe the safety of each patient taking drugs.Use SPSS 26.0 for data analysis.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome total score:the two groups can improve the symptoms of premenopausal and postmenopausal syndrome,and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant,the observation group is better than the control group.The comparison of TCM single symptom score:the treatment of the two groups have improved most of the single symptom scores,and the observation group is better than the control group.2.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes:the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 67.74%,suggesting that the observation group’ s effect on improving TCM symptoms was significantly better than the control group.3.Comparison of domestic improved Kupperman total score:Both groups of treatment can alleviate the symptoms of premenopausal and postmenopausal,and the observation group was better than the control group.Comparison of domestic improved Kupperman single item score:in addition to the symptom scores in relieving the skin ant walk feeling,the kupperman single item scores of both groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group.4.Comparison of PSQI total score:both the two groups can alleviate insomnia symptoms,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant.Comparison of PSQI single score:after treatment,the single score of the two groups decreased in different degrees,and the observation group was better than the control group.5.Three comparisons of female sex hormones:within the group,the differences in estradiol,LH,and FSH before/after treatment were statistically significant between the two groups.Comparison between the two groups,there was no significant difference in estradiol and FSH after treatment.The difference in LH was statistically significant,and the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusions:1.Danggui Liuhuang Decoction combined with HRT can regulate female endocrine,and improve the symptoms of premenopausal and postmenopausal.2.Danggui Liuhuang Decoction can reduce TCM syndrome scores and domestic improved Kupperman scores,PSQI scores,and improve patients’clinical symptoms,improve patients’quality of life,and the effect is better than HRT alone.3.The traditional Chinese medicine has certain validity and feasibility for the treatment of female symptoms of premenopausal and postmenopausal.4.Danggui Liuhuang Decoction has no obvious adverse reactions in clinical application,it is safe and reliable,and it is convenient to take and effective,with broad clinical application prospects and worthy of further promotion.
