Objective:The use of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction Addition and Subtraction combined with Conventional Western medicine to treat children with vitamin D deficiency rickets syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency.Evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction Addition and Subtraction, and hope to provide a better diagnosis and treatment plan for rickets. Methods:Selected from the pediatric outpatient clinic of the affiliated hospital of our University from January 2020 to December 2020.The age range was 3 months to 3 years old, diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency rickets, and conformed to Qi and Yin deficiency. The study finally collected 75 children, including 38 cases in the treatment group and 37 cases in the control group. The two groups were given oral vitamin D drops and calcium carbonate particles, and the treatment group combined with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction Addition and Subtraction. The continuous treatment time of the two groups was eight weeks. The clinical comprehensive curative effects,TCM syndrome scores,TCM single symptom scores and changes in serum calcium, phosphorus, bone alkaline phosphatase, and 25-(OH)D3were observed and recorded in each group.Use statistical software to perform statistical analysis on the above indicators.Results:1.After eight weeks of treatment, the two groups had significant differences in the total curative effect of TCM symptoms(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the total clinical efficacy between the two groups, which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group and the control group were compared with those before treatment. There was significant difference(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05)3.After eight weeks of treatment, the two groups compared with those before treatment,in TCM syndrome scores,TCM single symptoms(sweating, anorexia, fatigue, stool, complexion, hair, thirst, susceptibility to colds, and bone changes)scores,Serum calcium, phosphorus, bone alkaline phosphatase,25-(OH)D3 were all significantly improved. There were significant differences(P<0.05).4.After eight weeks of treatment, the two groups have significant differences in TCM syndrome scores,TCM single symptoms(sweating, anorexia, fatigue, complexion, susceptibility to colds)scores, phosphorus, and bone alkaline phosphatase. There were significant differences(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between the two groups in single symptoms(hair, thirst, stool, bone changes)scores, serum calcium, and 25-(OH)D3 indicators between the two groups, which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Danggui Liuhuang Decoction Addition and Subtraction can improve the serum phosphorus and bone alkaline phosphatase levels of children with vitamin D deficiency rickets with deficiency of both qi and yin,and it is significantly better than the control group.2.Danggui Liuhuang Decoction Addition and Subtraction can significantly improve the TCM symptom scores and individual TCM symptoms(sweating, anorexia, fatigue, complexion, susceptibility to colds)in children with vitamin D deficiency rickets with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.The effect is significant.3.Vitamin D deficiency rickets in children with both Qi and Yin deficiency can be cured with the help of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction combined with conventional western medicine.4.Danggui Liuhuang Decoction Addition and Subtraction combined with conventional western medicine is safe and reliable in treating children with vitamin D deficiency rickets with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,without obvious adverse reactions.
