Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Multiple Verruca Plantaris With Xiaofan Powder Joint Sanjie Tablet

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaofan powder combined with Sanjie tablet in the treatment of multiple verruca plantaris.Methods: The patients in the treatment group were treated with Sanjie tablet and fumigated with Xiaofan powder solution,while the patients in the control group were treated with mannan peptide capsule and fumigated with boiling water.Two weeks is a course of treatment,both groups of patients at the time of initial diagnosis and the second,fourth,sixth and eighth weeks of medication,respectively,made a curative effect observation.At the end of the treatment,the changes of skin lesions were evaluated,and statistical treatment was done to compare the cure rate and total effective rate,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:(1)There was statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment.(2)At the second week of treatment,the total score of the two groups decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant.(3)At the fourth and sixth week of treatment and at the end of treatment,the total scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant.(4)After treatment,the cure rate(53.33%)and total effective rate(93.33%)in the treatment group were higher than cure rate(6.67%)and total effective rate(73.33%)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Xiaofan powder combined with Sanjie tablet has a significant effect in the treatment of multiple plantar warts with damp heat and stasis syndrome,with high safety in clinical use and less adverse reactions,and Xiaofan powder fumigation and washing is more convenient and time-saving than decocting Chinese medicine to wash the affected area,which is worth further research and promotion.
