The Clinical Observation Of Jie Du Qu You Tang Soaking To Cure The Verruca Plantaris

Objective:The purpose of this research is to study the clinical curative effect of Jie Du Qu You Tang soaking to cure the verruca plantaria., and aim to look for a simple and effective nontraumatic treatments for curing the verruca plantaris.Methods:All the 40 cases is gathered from Department of Dermatology in Hospital attached to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the traditional Chinese medical hospital of jiangsu province, and is divided into the treatment group and the control group.We give the treatment group with the powder of Jie Du Qu You Tang by fumigation and washing method once every night, and the control group with soaking and tretinoin cream once every night. We observe the number, diameter and extent of pain when curing for 2 weeks,4 weeks,2 months and 3 months, then use SPSS 17.0 to analyze the data.At last we evaluate the clinical effect of Jie Du Qu You Tang.Results:4 cases fully recovered,5 cases cure and effect,8 cases get better,3 cases no effect of the treatment group, the total effective rate was 85.00%,and for the control group,0 case fully recovered,0 case cure and effect,6 cases get better,14 cases no effect, the total effective rate was 30.00%, and the effective rates of two groups have difference (P< 0.05). By statistical processing, each main index points of the treatment group and control group have difference (P < 0.05), the secondary index points have no obvious difference (P>0.05), and age, gender, duration, and onset parts and inducement have no significant difference for curative effect (P>0.05). Jie Du Qu You Tang is effective to treat verruca plantaris in clinical. Treating verruca plantaris by traditional Chinese herbs for external use has a good future.
