Clinical Study Of Xiaofan Powder In The Treatment Of Anal Pruritus

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiao Fan pulvis in the treatment of pruritus of the anus,and to show the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in traditional Chinese medicine treatment by significant curative effect,which deserved to be widely popularized and applied in the clinic in the future.Material and method: From November 2016 to November 2017,70 patients with anal pruritus who met the inclusion criteria in the anorectal clinic of Liaoning Anorectal Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The treatment group was treated with Xiao Fan pulvis and added hot water to smoke the affected area.After the water temperature was suitable,the affected area was continued to be soaked.Once a day,sooner or later,each time the fumigation was performed for 15 minutes.The control group was given appropriate amount of hydrocortisone butyrate cream to apply the affected area once each morning and evening.The two groups of programs took 7 days as a course of treatment.After the end of the course of treatment,the pruritus and lesion changes of the two groups were observed and recorded and compared.The statistical software SPSS17.0 was used for detailed analysis.Results:1.Comparability of the statistical analysis of the age,sex,course of disease,primary and secondary diseases of the two groups of patients.2.By applying Xiao Fan pulvis in the treatment of patients with anal pruritus,the degree of recovery from pruritus and the degree of improvement of skin lesions were compared with P<0.05,the effective rates of the treatment group were 97.1% and 96.6%,respectively,and the effective rate of the control group was 80.0%.68.8%,the treatment group was more effective than the control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Xiao Fan pulvis is more effective than hydrocortisone cream butyric acid solution lotion in the treatment of patients with anal pruritus.2.Xiao Fan pulvis treatment of anal pruritus can quickly and effectively improve the patient’s pruritus,skin lesion recovery,and safe non-toxic side effects,the effect is obvious.3.Xiao Fan pulvis Chinese medicine fumigation treatment is the specific application of external treatment of Chinese medicine,can highlight the characteristics of "concise,convenient,inexpensive,and positive" in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and is worthy of widespread application in clinical practice in the future.
