Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Qi-stagnation Constitution Tinnitus By Reconciliation Shaoyang Acupuncture

Objective: Based on the correlation between qi-stagnation constitution and tinnitus,the research project is aimed to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of tinnitus with reliable efficacy and safe operation via observation of the clinical efficacy of qi-stagnation constitution tinnitus and reconciliation shaoyang acupuncture.Method: Pursuant to the strict standard,66 outpatients with qi-stagnation constitution tinnitus are included in this study,randomly divided into two groups,33 cases respectively,in accordance with DOll’s clinical case table.By means of such two groups of treatment of two procedures,which include treatment group with the method of reconciliation shaoyang acupuncture plusing routine acupuncture method treatment and control group using conventional acupuncture method treatment,through the observation before and after treatment in the constitution of TCM classification and decision table of qi-stagnation constitution transformation points and each symptom scores,Tinnitus severity scale(TSIS)score,Tinnitus handicap inventory scale(THI)score,I introduce statistical way to analyze the settlement reconciliation shaoyang acupuncture method of qi-depression constitution the therapeutic effect of tinnitus,subject to therapeutic effect evaluation standard of tinnitus.Results:1.After treatment in the two groups above,scores of Qi-stagnation conversions,TSIS and THI and the distribution of the number of people at each level are significantly reduced(P<0.01).Compared to scores of control group,scores of treatment group drop more sharply(P<0.05),with statistical significance.2.In the respect of Qi-stagnation symptoms,the treatment group improves significantly(P<0.05),especially on tension and anxiety and chest symptoms(P<0.01),providing better performence than the control group on the improvement of tension and anxiety symptoms(P<0.01).Except for that,there is no statistical difference between the two groups in residual disease(P>0.05).As for TSIS scores,two groups are significantly reduced(P<0.01),the treatment group behaves better on mental status,work-life and patient self-evaluation compared with the performence of control group(P<0.05).There is no statistical difference in loudness and time of tinnitus(P>0.05).In terms of THI classification scores,two groups are significantly reduced(P<0.01),the treatment group has a more significant improvement in functional and emotional scores than that of control group(P<0.05).Actually,the treatment group achieves the most significant improvement in severity scores(P<0.01).3.The efficiency of treatment group is higher than that of control group,showing the statistical meaning due to the significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: Both groups can effetively improve qi-stagnation constitution tinnitus.Compared with ordinary acupuncture,reconciliation Shaoyang acupuncture treatment is more effective to significantly mitigate symptoms of qi-stagnation constitution and tinnitus in patients,reduce the disturbance of tinnitus on patients’ working life and improve the quality of life of patients.Moreover,as a result of the convenience in acupoint selection,such treatment is much easier to be promoted in the future,which provides promising methods and ideas for clinical treatment of tinnitus.
