The Clinical Effect Observation About Cervical Vertigo Of Shaoyang Heat Stagnation Type Treated By Reconciliation Decoction

Objective:To analyse the mechanism of Reconciliation Decoction in treating Shaoyang heat stagnation type of cervical vertigo,and provide a reference method for TCM syndrome differentiation in treating cervical vertigo by comparing the clinical efficacy of Reconciliation soup and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule in treating Shaoyang heat stagnation type of cervical vertigo.Methods:Adopt the random grouping principle, the60clinical cases of Shaoyang stagnant heat type of cervical vertigo patients were divided into Reconciliation Decoction treatment group and Flunarizine group, and observe the symptoms, signs and changes of improvement time of vertigo.Results:(1)Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups after4weeks treatment, results showed:the treatment group got a control rate of63.3%, the total effective rate was93.3%; and the control group got a control rate of40%, the total effective rate was90%. About the control rate difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group proved to be better than the control group.(2)Compared the vertigo improvement time, degree, long-term follow-up result,bitter taste and dry pharynx after the treatment between the two groups,results showed:the treatment group had significant differences compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group proved to be better than the control group.(3) Compared the improving signs before and after treatment, results showed:Both of the two groups were not good at improving the neck-shoulder pain, neck rotation test and other signs.Conclusion:It proved Reconciliation Decoction had certain advantages on improving symptoms of patients who got Shaoyang heat stagnation type of cervical vertigo, through the indicators of clinical observation. It also proved that the concept of TCM syndrome differentiation has positive guidance in treating cervical vertigo. Harmonizing Shaoyang, Promoting blood circulation to stop vertigo, expelling wind to stop vertigo are the possible main mechanism of Reconciliation Decoction in the treatment of Shaoyang heat stagnation type of cervical vertigo.
