The Case On Reconciliation Of Shaoyang Acupuncture To Improve Mild And Moderate Depression With Qi-stagnation

Objective:this topic selection of reconciliation Yang acupuncture method,less to qi depression light-moderate physique and disease intervention in patients with depression,were observed before and after intervention in the change of physical grade and depression rating scale,summarizes the reconciliation less Yang the clinical curative effect of acupuncture method,for the treatment of qi depression is qualitative light,moderate depression provides new methods of reliable curative effect,safe in operation.Method: In strict accordance with the criteria,60 outpatients with Qi-depression mild to moderate depression were included in this study,and were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30)according to Doll’s clinical case table.The treatment group was treated with reconciliation shaoyang acupuncture plus conventional acupuncture,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The two groups were treated for 3 courses.This topic by looking at the before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision table of gas depressive qualitative transformation points,Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD-24)score,depression self rating scale(SDS)and so on the change of the score,and in combination with therapeutic effect evaluation standard of depression,statistical analysis,discusses the settlement shaoyang acupuncture method treatment of qi depression is qualitative light,moderate depression.Results:1.After treatment,qi-stagnation and quality transformation score,HAMD-24 score and SDS score in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the scores in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Both groups of treatment can effectively improve Qiyu mild to moderate depression;Reconciling Shaoyang Acupuncture is more effective than conventional acupuncture,which can significantly improve the patients’ physique and symptoms,reduce the distress caused by depression on patients’ work and life,and improve the quality of life of patients.Reconciliation Shaoyang acupuncture method is convenient for acupoint selection,and it’s curative effect is reliable,providing a new method and new ideas for the clinical treatment of mild-moderate depression.
