Clinical Study Of Electro-acupuncture At Fengchi Point Combined With Shujin Huoxue Prescription In The Treatment Of Cervical Hypertension

Objective:This study observed the clinical effect of Cervical Hypertension by electro-acupuncture Fengchi acupoint combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis Shujin Huoxue recipe,which provided ideas and methods for the treatment of Cervical Hypertension in clinic,and provided scientific basis for the treatment of Cervical Hypertension by electro-acupuncture combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty patients with cervical hypertension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electro-acupuncture apparatus after needling Fengchi point for 20 minutes,once a day;On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated by iontophoresis with Shujin Huoxue Prescription at Left and Right Fengchi Points for 30 minutes,once a day.(Formula:Tougucao,Willingham,Shujin Cao,Chicken Blood Teng,Papaya,Papaya,Paeonia Alba,Licorice,Safflower,Pueraria,Dannanxing,Acorus tatarinowii,Polygala),both groups were treated for 14 days.The changes of blood pressure and TCM symptom score before and after treatment were observed.Result:1.Changes of blood pressureThe total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the treatment group before treatment for 7 days and 14 days(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment for 7 days(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the treatment group before treatment for 14 days(P < 0.01).The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The results showed that the antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was faster than that of the control group.2.Change of TCM Symptom IntegralAfter treatment,the symptoms of both groups were improved.The improvement of dizziness,headache,limb numbness,palpitation,insomnia,chills,dry mouth and other symptoms in the integral of TCM symptoms was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).In the above symptoms,the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups in tinnitus and constipation symptoms.The difference between the two groups(P>0.05)showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of tinnitus and constipation symptoms.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture Fengchi acupoint combined with Shujin Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of Cervical Hypertension is superior to the control group in terms of lowering blood pressure and improving TCM symptom score.It has the advantages of quick effect and high safety,and is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
