Objective:To explore the curative Fengchi Yifeng in treating gen uine bulbar paralysis with dysfunctions of speech and swallowing after acute stroke. after cerebral infarctionMethods:Sixty patients with genuine bulbar paralysis were rando mly allocated to a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The treatment group on ordinary acupuncture compound wit h cupping apparatus based on the given Fengchi,Yifeng thin wave stimu lation.strength in patient tolerance fordegrees,under normal circumstances, including in patients with head and neck with the frequency of regular mild jitter is preferred.,treatment for 6 days,1 days rest for a second tr eatment,observation curative effect after 3 weeks.Control group:the com mon acupuncture and therapy with the treatment group.Observe the spee ch and swallowing functions, the index of hemorheology, and the TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGFla in plasma in both groups before and after treatmeResults:1. Two groups for treatment of true bulbar paralysis dysphagia an d speech disorder were effective, the treatment group than the control g roup (P<0.05)2. Two groups of treatment for blood rheological indicators have different degrees of improvement, the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05).3. The two groups can adjust the balance of TXB2,6-keto-PGF1a, so that TXB2 is lower,6-keto-PGF1 is higher, the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Electro acupuncture Fengchi, Yifeng can obviously improve the cerebral infarction after true bulbar palsy patients with speech and swal lowing function, improve clinical curative effect.2. Electro acupuncture Fengchi, Yifeng can improve cerebral infarct ion after true bulbar palsy patients with blood rheological index and be capable of regulation of TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1a balance.
