| In recent years, the number and supply of medical institutions, medical personnel, and medical devices are far from meeting the increasing rate of patients. With the advent of the era of quality consumption, the quality of medical services for medical patients has also increased accordingly, such as hospital environment, queuing time, service attitude, equipment level, etc.,directly to the hospital outpatient service quality one of the most difficult "test papers." Although the improvement of hardware strength requires the introduction of external funds to improve, the optimization of medical procedures can improve service quality, efficiency, quantity, etc.,and improve patient satisfaction and hospital benefits.First, this study summarizes the research on process reengineering and optimization at home and abroad, and summarizes relevant theories.Secondly,it analyzes the current status of the outpatient process of G hospital and analyzes the possibility of hospital optimization. In addition, the research team conducted a patient satisfaction return visit of G hospital and an internal survey of medical staff to find out the outpatient environment, outpatient layout, process experience, medical level, procedures, queuing payment, auxiliary examination, and drug taking experience.A key factor.Based on key factors, the research team determined the optimization goals of G hospital, and comprehensively utilized theoretical tools to optimize the G hospital outpatient service process and analyze the optimized patient satisfaction. Finally, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the effectiveness of G hospital service process optimization,as well as recommendations for sustainable development.Through the results of this study,it can be seen that the service process optimization of G hospital can improve patient satisfaction and hospital benefits, and refer to the meaning and reference significance of other hospitals. |
