National health is an important indication of the sustainable development of the country.President Xi Jinping pointed out in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that one of the contents of implementing the strategy of "healthy China" is to improve the national health policy and provide the people with a full range and full cycle of health services.In the "fourteenth five year plan"(Draft),the hospital also clearly proposes to focus on patients’ feelings,optimize the diagnosis and treatment process,service facilities and service measures,enhance the humanistic connotation of medical service,deepen the connotation of high-quality nursing service,and enhance the patient’s hospital experience.But in recent years,from the reports of many medias,we can see that the doctor-patient relationship is becoming more and more nervous,and there are more and more medical disputes.It is also common for patients to distrust doctors and doctors to be on guard during diagnosis and treatment.To a certain extent,All these have hindered the further development of the hospital and the implementation of "healthy China strategy".Therefore,it has become an important research to sort out the current situation,find out problems,clarify measures,formulate mechanisms,shorten the distance between medical staff and patients,and improve patients’ satisfaction.This paper investigates and analyzes the satisfaction of inpatients in general surgery department of the hospital,finds out the problems and summarizes the solutions to improve the satisfaction of inpatients from five aspects of medical technology quality,medical process,doctor-patient communication,medical ethics and hospital environment.First of all,in the first chapter,it introduces the background,significance,research object,research content and method of improving inpatient satisfaction.Secondly,in the second chapter,the related concepts and theoretical basis of the research topic are described and explained.Then,the third chapter introduces the current situation of hospitals and departments,and focuses on the analysis of the questionnaire survey,including the design of the questionnaire,data collection,sample analysis and so on,summarizes the current "score reduction" problems in the evaluation of inpatient satisfaction.The fourth chapter of this paper studies the solutions to the related problems and evaluates the implementation effect of the scheme.The fifth chapter discusses the safeguard measures of inpatient satisfaction improvement program.Finally,the sixth chapter makes a summary and outlook,that is to summarize the research situation,and reflect on the shortcomings.The research content of this paper,based on the clinical reality,in order to better serve the patients,comprehensively analyzes the improvement scheme of inpatient satisfaction.It not only provides a new idea for the business improvement of the Department,but also has a certain reference value in improving the medical service level of the hospital.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can give reference to the staff of the medical industry or those who are interested in hospital management,and promote the exploration and practice of the industry,so as to promote the development of the industry and contribute to the "531" action multiplication plan and "healthy China" strategy of Suzhou healthy citizens.
