[Objective]By understanding the experience of professional women in breast~feeding after returning to work, this study established a structural model of the resilience traits of professional women in breast~feeding after identifying the connotation, risk and protective factors of the resilience traits of professional women in breast~feeding. The aim is to inspire more professional women to form the resilience potential of breast~feeding when they return to work, and to provide new connotations and ideas for the research on the promotion of breast~feeding.[Methods]Phenomenology is the methodology of this study.Through the "comprehensive sample selection method" combining convenient sample selection, targeted sample selection and "snowball" sample selection,13 professional women in Hai Nan province were found as research objects. After literature review, research questions were determined and interview Outlines were made.Data were collected by semi~structured interview method and analyzed by Colaizzi’s data analysis model. After writing and modifying memos, manually entering and coding Excel spreadsheets in Office software, separating out and condenzing themes layer by layer, this study finds out the theme connection and forms the main frame diagram. Finally, the connotation of resilience traits and its protective and risk factors were identified.[Results]1.Five themes were identified in the experience and experience of breast~feeding after returning to work: stress, support, growth, behavior change and outcome formation, each of which was intrinsically related.2.Bearing pressure includes: role bearing, being questioned, relapse of old diseases, parenting pressure, less milk pressure, lack of support, living distance and economic pressure;Support includes: family support, role model motivation, colleague understanding, social support, light workload, confidence in your work, and experience sharing.Stress and support are individual and dynamic.3.Personal growth includes: strong qualities that inspire perseverance, stubbornness, and endurance;Strengthening faith in breastfeeding; To raise awareness of the role of mother in responsibility, nature, and parent~child bonding. To gain personal character, belief and role cognition growth.4.There are three stages of behavioral change for women returning to work after growing up: preparation change, time goal change and self~adjustment.5.With the extension of breast~feeding, the returning professional women will continue to face new pressure and support, and continue to produce behavioral changes, resulting in three outcomes: gentle, forced and forced breast~feeding.[Conclusion]1.This study developed a structural framework for the resilience traits of working women who continued breastfeeding after returning to work by analyzing the relationship between the themes. That is,the career women who continue breastfeeding after returning to work are composed of two parts: the environment~individual interaction pre~stress tolerance process and the individual~environmental interaction post~stress tolerance process.Among them, the former is the foundation of the latter, the latter is the continuation of the former.2.Stress and support,as environmental factors and the interaction between individuals, stimulate the formation of career women’s resilience traits, and then promote the generation of behaviors to improve the environment, increase support factors to buffer stress factors, and promote the formation of a high~support, low~pressure breastfeeding environment. With the extension of breast~feeding time, professional women are faced with new pressure and support, and their resilience traits are in a continuous and dynamic interaction with the environment. Finally, three outcomes of resilience are formed: the resilience reconstruction of gentle breast~feeding, the adaptive outcome of forced breast~feeding and the maladaptive outcome of helpless breast~feeding.3.This study identified the connotation of the resilience trait of returning women who continued breastfeeding, identified the stress that stimulated the resilience trait of returning women and the supporting factors that promoted the development of resilience trait, analyzed the significance of resilience behavior to improve the environment and defined the resilience outcome. This study also provides new ideas for promoting breastfeeding and improving midwifery nursing services. |
