With the increasing awareness of people's health, children's health has gradually become a hot research issue.Breastfeeding,as the "perfect food for newborns",has received close attention from experts and scholars in various fields. However, the domestic and foreign situation of breastfeeding is not optimistic, especially the situation of breastfeeding for working women is even more serious. Therefore, how to relieve the pressure of working families and promote the breastfeeding behavior of working women has become an urgent problem. As an invisible social resource,Social Capital has achieved exponential growth in recent years in the development of public health. As an important part of Social Capital,Workplace Social Capital has become a new direction to study the health of occupational population.Based on the theory of Social Capital in the workplace, the article aims to understand the influencing factors of professional women's breastfeeding behaviors, and to study the role and mechanism of professional women's breastfeeding behaviors under the mediating role of Family Support and breastfeeding knowledge. In this study,327 professional women with children aged 0 to 6 years in Tianjin were randomly investigated by combining online and offline methods.Through the online questionnaire star link, the questionnaires were sent to communication apps such as We Chat and QQ to conduct online questionnaire survey on professional women;Offline, the method of field investigation is adopted to issue questionnaires to early education institutions(robot halls),playgrounds(trampoline halls, children's basketball halls),and other areas.Recycled on the spot.A total of 66 paper questionnaires and 308 electronic questionnaires were issued, for a total of 374 questionnaires. In order to ensure the quality of the questionnaire,47 questionnaires which were completed less than 300 seconds, which were not in Tianjin and which were unemployed before birth were excluded,327 questionnaires were valid, with an effective rate of 87.4%.STATA13.0 and AMOS24.0 were used for descriptive analysis, variance analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and other statistical analysis of the collected data;AMOS24.0 software was used for confirmatory factor analysis and construct the Structural Equation Models. The confirmatory factor analysis results of the Workplace Social Capital scale show that the overall combination reliability of the scale is 0.948,and the CR values of the dimensions of trust, participation, connection, reciprocity and sense of belonging in the model are > 0.8,indicating the high quality of the scale. The Maximum Likelihood Method was used to fit the model, and the results showed that the normalized load coefficients of all observed variables were >0.6,which had strong explanatory power to the factors, and the path coefficients were statistically significant(P <0.05).According to the preliminary fitting results of the Structural Equation Model of the breastfeeding behavior of professional women, and combined with the model characteristics based on the theoretical basis in this study, the model was modified to finally obtain a model with a fitness level that meets the standards.Model fitting results show that the three variables of Workplace Social Capital,Family Support, and breastfeeding knowledge directly or indirectly affect the breastfeeding behavior of working women, and all of them have a positive effect.Workplace Social Capital has only an indirect effect on breastfeeding behavior,Family Support has a partial intermediary effect on breastfeeding behavior, and breastfeeding knowledge has a direct effect on breastfeeding behavior. The results obtained by bootstrap method were consistent with the hypothesis. In the family,we should give full play to the role and function of support,to provide more material, emotional, spiritual help and support for mothers, reduce working pressure for working women,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting breastfeeding behaviors. When it comes to work,we should improve the relevant system for postpartum return of professional women in enterprises, give full play to social functions, and improve the interpersonal network relationships of professional women by increasing team trust and cooperation, strengthening leadership support, and building harmonious work networks and interpersonal relationships,so that professional women will have more Social Capital support, and have time and energy to breastfeeding. In addition, the workplace should supervise the improvement of the hardware required for breastfeeding, such as a clean mother and baby room.On the part of government,it is necessary to give full play to the coordinating role of government.Relevant government departments should increase the awareness of breastfeeding, formulate effective interventions and put forward relevant guidance to thedifferent stages of breastfeeding so as to promote breastfeeding behavior.
