Objective: To understand the status of nurses’ professional resilience,professional identity and quality of work life and explored the relationship between the three;and then we analyzed the relevant factors that affect the quality of work life,put forward countermeasures and suggestions,provided a reference for mobilizing nurses’ work enthusiasm in order to improve the quality of nursing services and work life.Methods:From August to October 2020,a convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 277 nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in a tertiary hospital in Changchun.The survey tools included general demographic data questionnaire,occupational resilience scale,nurse occupation identification scale and work-related quality of life scale.After the double check,Excel was used to input the data,and SPSS13.0 statistical software was used for analysis.The general demographic data of nurses were used frequency and composition ratio to describe;T-test and one-way analysis of variance were used to explore meaningful factors in general demographic data;Pearson correlation analysis method was used to explore the relationship among nurses’ occupational toughness,occupational identity and work life quality;Multiple linear stepwise regression method was used to analyze the factors affecting nurses’ work life quality.Results:(1)The total score of nurses’ occupational resilience is(80.96±9.31)points,occupational identity is(110.86±15.99)points,and work life quality is(107.45±18.29)points.(2)Educational background,marital status,working department,working years,total length of professional training,reasons for choosing a career,etc.had statistically significant differences in nurses’ professional resilience(P <0.05);The differences in age,education background,working department,clinical teaching years,career choice,etc.were statistically significant in occupational identity(P<0.05);Differences in the educational background,monthly income,total length of professional-related training and career reasons were statistically significant in the quality of work and life(P<0.05).(3)Nurses’ occupational toughness,occupational identity and quality of work life were all positively correlated(P<0.01),and occupational resilience and occupational identity could positively predict the quality of work life.Educational background,monthly income,professional resilience and professional identity are the factors that affect the quality of nurses’ work and life,which can explain the 19% variation rate of the quality of work and life.Conclusion: In this study,nurses’ occupational resilience,occupational identity,and work-related quality of life were all at the middle level.Occupational resilience and occupational identity can positively predict the quality of work and life.Educational background,monthly income,professional resilience and professional identity are the factors that affect the quality of nurses’ work and life.
