Study On The Correlation Between The Cause Of Dampness-heat And Repeated Failure Of IVF-ET

Objective:In the treatment of infertility in the past dynasties,most doctors started with cold、dampness、depression、phlegm、blood stasis and kidney deficiency,and established many effective treatment methods and prescriptions based on kidney tonifying,which provided abundant theoretical support for the treatment of infertility.However,with the emergence of environment problems,the increase in the survival pressure and lifestyle changes,many women have experienced repeated IVF-ET failures when all indicators of modern medical examinations are normal.Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine found that,many of these women have severe symptoms of dampness-heat symptoms.According to clinical observations,among 200 patients with repeated failure of IVF-ET,the infertility of dampness-heat syndrome accounts for 18%,this gives the possibility of paper writing.Therefore,from the theory of damp-heat-induced infertility,a combination of clinical observation and theoretical discussion was used to systematically explain the pathogenic mechanism of dampness-heat and the principles of application of heat-clearing and damp-removing method,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of repeated IVF-ET failures.Methods:Through the combination of clinical observation and theoretical discussion,this paper systematically expounds the cause,mechanism,syndrome and treatment of IVF-ET failure dampness-heat syndrome,summarizes the treatment principle of dampness-heat syndrome infertility based on the medical record,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of repeated IVF-ET failure dampness-heat syndrome.Results:Patients with repeated failure of IVF-ET often attribute the failure to malnutrition,so the misunderstanding of over-nutrition in life is a common cause of endogenous dampness-heat.Dampness-heat can cause changes in the human body’s internal environment,causing vaginal microecological disorders and microbial disease,resulting in a variety of gynecological diseases manifested by dampness-heat,such as irregular menstruation,multi-color yellow,pruritus,etc.If the patient has yellow and greasy tongue fur like,it can be treated with the general method of heat-clearing and damp-removing,combined with different clinical symptoms.However,patients with multiple artificial cycles often have kidney essence deficiency,and dampness-heat can also lead to yin deficiency,therefore,we should take into account the contradictory pathogenesis,weigh the weight of dampness-heat and yin deficiency to determine the main and auxiliary and drug proportion of Qinghua and Yangyin,and choose the right prescription medication.
