The Study Of The Constitution Of Hyperuricemia In Chinese Medicine And The Related Influencing Factors

ObjectiveBy finding out the difference of TCM Constitution distribution and influencing factors among the people with different state of serum uric acid elevation,we can provide clinical basis for preventing the occurrence of hyperuricemia and blocking the development of corresponding complications.MethodsThis study was started after being approved by Guangdong Provincial ethics committee.By retrospective data analysis,4266 subjects who met the inclusion criteria in the physical examination center of Guangdong Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2016 to December 2017 were systematically searched.According to the diagnostic criteria,the physical examination population was divided into 1115 cases in H-H group,380 cases in H-N group,541 cases in N-H group and 2230 cases in N-N group.SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis to obtain the distribution of traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution and the difference of influencing factors in the population with different status of serum uric acid elevation.ResultsGender,height,weight,BMI,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,waist circumference,waist height ratio,serum creatinine,glutamic oxaloacetylase,glutamic pyruvate transaminase,total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,fasting blood glucose were compared in different groups(P<0.05),while age and menopause were compared(P>0.05);Further logistic regression analysis showed that the factors of hyperuricemia in H-H group were systolic blood pressure and fasting blood glucose(P<0.05,OR value>1);HDL-C(P<0.05,OR value>1);H-N group had no clear influencing factors;gender and low-density lipoprotein(P<0.05)in N-H group;WHtR,triglyceride,ldl-opal,low-density lipoprotein and alanine aminotransferase in combination group of H-N and N-H which is called the state of a rise in serum uric acid(P<0.05,OR value>1).In the aspect of constitution distribution of traditional Chinese medicine,the constitution classification of the people with different state of serum uric acid elevation was compared(P<0.01),among which the most common constitution of H-H group was phlegm dampness(P<0.05,OR value>1),the most common constitution constitution of H-N group was damp heat(P<0.05,OR value>1),and the most common constitution of N-H group was Qi deficiency(P<0.05,OR value>1).ConclusionThere are differences in TCM Constitution Types and influencing factors among the groups with different state of serum uric acid elevation.The most common TCM constitution of the group with hyperuricemia is phlegm dampness,the influencing factors are systolic blood pressure and fasting blood sugar,while the most common TCM constitution of the group with primary serum uric acid elevation is damp heat and Qi deficiency,the influencing factors are waist high ratio,blood creatinine,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein.This not only provides more basis for the TCM syndrome differentiation of the people with the increase of blood uric acid,but also provides the clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia and the corresponding complications.
