Objective: To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of hyperuricemia in Shenyang residents,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia in Shenyang. Methods: A total of 1508 physical examination subjects were selected in Dadong Hospital of Shenyang from January 2018 to December 2018.General information, results of physical examination and laboratory examination were collected from the physical examination reports of these subjects.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)There were 195 cases of hyperuricemia with the positive rate of 12.93%,in which the positive rate of male was 22.00%,higher than that of female 5.07%(P<0.05).(2)According to gender and age groups, the positive rate of hyperuricemia was the highest(64.29%)in males before 30 years old,and decreased after the age of30,while the positive rate of hyperuricemia in females increased with age.(3)Rates of overweight, hypertension, hypercreatinemia, hypercholesterolemia and hypertrigly ceridemia in hyperuricemia group were all higher than those in non-hyperuricemia group, and the differences were all statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)In different age groups, the positive rate of overweight, hypercholesterolemia and hypertrigly ceridemia in the hyperuricemia group were all over 50%.The positive rate of hyperglycemia, hypertension and hypercreatinemia in hyperuricemia group increased with age.The positive rate of overweight in hyperuricemia group was the highest in the age group of ≤45 years old(87.69%).(5)Results of Logistic regression analysis showed that male, overweight, hypertension, hypercreatinemia and hypertrigly ceridemia were independent risk factors for hyperuricemia. Conclusion: The patients with hyperuricemia in Shenyang area have been younger.Hyperuricemia is associated with overweight/obesity,hypertension,hypercreatinemia,hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia, and most of these diseases are risk factors of hyperuricemia. It’s necessary to advocate improving lifestyle and balancing diet and to pay attention to the young population,so that to early prevent development of complications and reduce the harm of hyperuricemia.
