Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of resilience,mindfulness level and anxiety and depression of pregnant women in late trimester of Yanbian Prefecture;to clarify the correlation between resilience,mindfulness level and anxiety and depression of pregnant women in late pregnancy;to explore the impact of pregnant women’s resilience and mindfulness level and anxiety on depression;to provide basic data for research and nursing intervention of pregnant women in late pregnancy.Methods:This study belongs to the descriptive study in non-experimental study.Through convenience sampling,the pregnant women in late trimester who met the requirements of the investigation during the prenatal examination in the Women’s Health Department of Yanbian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study.The general information questionnaire,psychological resilience scale,mindfulness attention awareness scale,anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale were used for questionnaire survey,and SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the data.Result:(1)There are 260 pregnant women in this survey,with an average age of 29.11±4.1 years old,most of them are 25~34 years old,accounting for 76.5%;58 ethnic Koreans;75.8%of pregnant women live in cities;the highest Pregnant women with a bachelor degree or above accounted for 33.1%;nearly half of the pregnant women paid medical insurance by medical insurance;35.8%of pregnant women had a family monthly income of≥4000 yuan.The average gestational period is 33.11±3.95 weeks,and 84.2%of them are 37 weeks or younger;more than half are primiparas;72.3%of pregnant women have never had a miscarriage;and 79.2%of pregnant women have planned pregnancy.(2)The resilience score of the research object is 60.06±8.65 points.Researchers with ages of 25~34 years old,living in cities,undergraduate degree or above,medical insurance payment method,occupation as institution,and gestational age ≤37 weeks have better resilience.(3)The research subject’s mindfulness level score was 61.60±7.69 points.Age 25 to 34 years old,living in the city,the highest education for college,per capita monthly income of family≥4000 yuan,occupation for institutions,has not miscarried,pregnancy week s 37 weeks of late trimester pregnant women mindfulness level is higher.(4)The anxiety score of the research subjects was 47.61±4.89 points,and the detection rate of anxiety was 31.2%.Country of residence is rural,highest education is junior high school and below,medical expenses are paid at their own expense,family monthly income per capita is less than 3,000 yuan,occupation is farmer or unemployed,gestational week is>37 weeks,primipara,pregnant women in late pregnancy with major accidents Anxiety score is higher.(5)The subject’s depression score was 50.81±6.08,and the detection rate of depression was 30.8%.Age<25 years old,the highest degree is junior high school and below,medical expenses are paid at their own expense,family monthly income per capita<3000 yuan,occupation is farmer or unemployed,pregnancy week>37 weeks,primipara,history of miscarriage,pregnancy complications,pregnancy with major accidents during pregnancy late pregnant women had higher depression scores.(6)There was a significant negative correlation between the resilience and mindfulness level of the research object and anxiety and depression,there was a significant positive correlation between theresilience and the level of mindfulness,and there was a significant positive correlation between anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Hierarchical linear regression results show that general demographic and obstetric characteristics can explain 23.0%of depression.After controlling for general demographic and obstetric characteristics,the resilience of resilience to the subject’s depression increased by 4.2%,and the level of mindfulness increased by 4.1%,anxiety increased by 13.6%,which can jointly explain 44.9%of the total variation of depression.Conclusion:(1)The resilience and mindfulness level of pregnant women in late trmester are at a moderate level.Research subjects aged 25 to 34 years old,living in cities,occupations as institutions,and gestational age ≤37 weeks had better resilience and higher levels of mindfulness.(2)The anxiety and depression of pregnant women in late trimester are common,and the prenatal mental health needs to be improved.The highest education level is junior high school or below,the payment method of medical expenses is self-finance,the monthly income per family is less than 3,000 yuan,the occupation is farmer or unemployed,and the gestational age is>37 weeks..(3)The worse the resilience of pregnant women in late pregnancy and the lower the level of mindfulness,the more severe anxiety and depression.The payment method of medical expenses,gestational week,whether there was a miscarriage,whether there are pregnancy complications and resilience,mindfulness level,and anxiety have a significant impact on the depression of pregnant women in late pregnancy.
