Clinical Study On Qingre Xuanfei Method In Treating Children’s Cough Variant Asthma In Acute Stage

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Xuanfei method in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma in the acute phase of phlegm-heat-lung syndrome,in order to seek a treatment idea to control the onset of CVA in children and prevent its development as typical asthma.Methods:Sixty patients with clinical diagnosis of cough variant asthma were enrolled in this study.The 60 children with syndrome differentiation of phlegm and heat syndrome were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized,single blind and parallel control.Thirty-two patients in the treatment group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine Fangqingre Jiangqi Zhike Decoction;28 patients in the control group were treated with Montelustner chewable tablets,and the course of treatment was 1 week.A clinical observation form was established.The symptoms,signs and lung function(PEF value)of the children were recorded before and after treatment.The quantitative indicators were statistically processed and analyzed.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of TCM syndrome scores and the total effective rate of lung function.No significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion:Qingre Xuanfei method has obvious clinical effect on the treatment of children with cough variant asthma in the acute phase.The improvement of symptoms,signs and lung function is better than the traditional western medicine Meng Russner chewable tablets,and the side effects are small.Good compliance is a new treatment idea worth exploring.
