Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Children With Cough Variant Ssthma(Phlegm-heat Accumulating Lung Syndrome)by Malong Dingchuan Decoction

Objective:See MaLong anti-asthma soup treating children cough variant asthma(phlegm heat accumulate pulmonary syndrome)clinical therapeutic effect,in order to promote the traditional Chinese medicine treating children cough variant asthma(phlegm heat accumulate lung certificate)to supply a new idea.Methods:Selection into the standard of children cough variant asthma(phlegm heat accumulate lung certificate)of 60 cases during the period of clinical trials,a total loss cases in 2 cases(treatment group off on time due to exit the experimenter in 1 case,control fall off do STH without authorization changes in 1 case),58 cases effective cases finally.Two groups of children were assigned to meng LuSi sodium chewable tablets,the treatment group while giving MaLong anti-asthma soup.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Two groups before and after the treatment of the disease state of integral and total integral situation,to compare the clinical curative effect,statistical analysis,evaluate the effectiveness of MaLong set out of the soup.Result:1.After two stages of treatment,treatment group total effective rate was 93.1%,control group total effective rate was 82.76%.Two groups of treatment had obvious statistical difference(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.2.After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms(day cough and night cough)and the individual symptoms(thickness of expectoration,red lips,thirst,and constipation)were compared between the two groups of children after treatment.There was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving day cough,night cough,thick sputum,red lips,thirst,and constipation.There was no statistical difference in urination symptoms(p>0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar effects in improving urination symptoms.3.After treatment,the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.41%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 33.33%.There was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Malong Dingchuan Decoction combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets is more effective than montelukast sodium chewable tablets alone in treating cough variant asthma(phlegm-heat accumulating lung syndrome).2.Malong Dingchuan Decoction combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets can effectively relieve or eliminate cough variant asthma(phlegm-heat accumulating lung syndrome),thick sputum,red lips,thirst,yellow urine,and constipation.Clinical symptoms.3.Malong Dingchuan Decoction combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets in the treatment of cough variant asthma(phlegm-heat accumulating lung syndrome)has a faster onset time and a lower recurrence rate than the single use of montelukast sodium chewable tablets.
