Clinical Study Of Wenjing Tongluo Therapy In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris（Cold Heart Vein Type） And Its Effect On Lp-PLA₂

Objective:By observing the syndrome and angina pectoris scores of patients,the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Tongluo method represented by Danggui Sini Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris was evaluated,which provided a new idea for the treatment of stable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease.Methods:According to the principle of random distribution,60 patients with stable angina pectoris and cold heart vein type were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The control group:conventional treatment for coronary heart disease,the experimental group:conventional treatment+Chinese medicine Danggui Sini Decoction plus decoction treatment,after 4 weeks of continuous observation,recorded TCM symptoms,angina pectoris score,nitroglycerin arrest rate,ECG T wave and ST-T segment changes,Lp-PLA2,LDL,and hs-CRP values change.Results:The efficacy rate of Danggui Sini Decoction combined with normal medicine in treating cold-hearted cardiopulmonary coronary heart disease with unstable angina pectoris was 96.4%,and the control group was 86.2%.The difference between the two groups was P＜0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The nitroglycerin cessation rate was 89.2%in the experimental group and 65.5%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was P＜0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The ECG efficiency of the experimental group was 89.3%,and the electrocardiogram efficiency of the control group was 62.1%.P＜0.05 between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant;Lp-PLA2,LDL,hs-CRP test group,control The group compared P＜0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group.There were no obvious abnormal changes in blood routine and liver and kidney function in the two groups.Conclusion:The Wenjing Tongluo method represented by Danggui Sini Decoction can improve the symptoms,signs and related indexes of patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina pectoris and cold heart vein type.It has good safety and clinical efficacy.
