Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Guixin Tongmai plaster" on acupoint application as an auxiliary treatment for stable angina pectoris of cold coagulation heart type. Methods:From March 2022 to January 2023,60 patients with cold coagulation stable angina pectoris(18-75 years old, regardless of gender)were selected from the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and randomized case control study was conducted, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets(100mg)/day,isosorbide mononitrate(Xinkang)1 tablet(40mg)/day,and rosuvastatin(Haishuyan)1 tablet(5mg)/night for routine treatment of angina pectoris, combined with placebo patch, and nitroglycerin 1 tablet(0.5mg)sublingual if necessary. In the intervention group,on the basis of the western medicine in the control group, the external auxiliary treatment of "Guixin Tongmai Tie" prepared by the tutor’s empirical prescription was added. All the patients in the group were visited in the trial period at week 0,2 and 4,and filled in the score table of chest pain and angina pectoris(angina pectoris),the score table of stable angina pectoris(cold coagulation heart pulse type),the score table of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, the Seattle angina pectoris scale, and the 6-minute walking test scale.Observe the improvement of symptoms and efficacy indicators of patients in the control group and the intervention group. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using SPSS26 statistical software. Results:After 2 weeks of intervention treatment: the number of angina pectoris, the time of each attack and the degree of pain in the intervention group and the control group decreased, and the score of chest pain and angina pectoris(angina pectoris)in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The patients in the intervention group and the control group showed relief in chest pain, chills, lukewarm hands and feet, and heavy limbs. The TCM syndrome score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The Seattle Angina Scale of patients in the two groups showed that the scores of the patients’ physical limitation(PL),stable angina(AS),angina attack(AF),treatment satisfaction(TS),and disease cognition(DS)were improved in different degrees, and the scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The distance of 6-minute walking test of subjects in the two groups was longer than that before the intervention(P<0.05),Borg dyspnea score decreased in different degrees(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention treatment: the score of chest pain and angina pectoris in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the score of angina pectoris in the intervention group after 4 weeks of treatment was lower than that in the same group after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05);The total score of TCM syndrome scale in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the score of TCM syndrome scale in the intervention group after 4weeks of treatment was lower than that in the same group after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05);The scores of the five segments of the Seattle Angina Scale in the intervention group were higher than those of the control group after 4 weeks of intervention(P<0.05),and the total score was also better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The length of walking distance increased within 6 minutes in the intervention group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05),and Borg dyspnea score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effect of ECG in the intervention group and the control group was 30% and 37% respectively, with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The intervention group is superior to the control group in improving the frequency of stable angina, prolonging the time of angina reoccurrence, and alleviating the pain of the attack, which shows that the treatment effect after adding "Guixin Tongmai Tie" is better. The score of the scale in the intervention group after 4 weeks of treatment was lower than that in the same group after 2 weeks of treatment, indicating that the symptoms improved more significantly with the increase of treatment time. The intervention group improved the symptoms of chest pain, tepid hands and feet, spontaneous sweating, cold waist and leg pain, loose stool and other traditional Chinese medicine symptoms significantly than the control group, indicating that the intervention group had better effect.By comparing the scores of TCM syndrome scale in the intervention group for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,it was found that the curative effect in the fourth week was better, indicating that the treatment time was longer, which was more conducive to the recovery of the disease. The walking distance of the subjects in the intervention group was longer than that in the control group, and the score of dyspnea was lower than that in the control group, indicating that the addition of "Guixin Tongmai Tie" treatment significantly improved the cardiopulmonary function of patients with angina pectoris, and improved the suffocation.
