Clinical Study Of Modified Danggui Sini Decoction Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Cold And Dampness Obstruction

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Danggui Sini Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with cold-dampness obstruction type knee osteoarthritis,it provides a basis for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method: Sixty-four patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given diacerein capsules,and when the pain reached VAS score ≥4,celecoxib capsules were added.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Danggui Sini Decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 2 courses.The changes of VAS score,WOMAC score and clinical symptom rating scale score before and after treatment in the two groups were recorded and statistically analyzed,so as to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Danggui Sini Decoction combined with acupoint application on knee osteoarthritis with cold-dampness stagnation.Results: 1.General situation before treatment: There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,knee condition,VAS score,WOMAC score and clinical symptom grading scale score between the two groups,which was comparable(P> 0.05);2.Efficacy index:(1)Total effective rate: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 73.33% respectively,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);(2)Scoring scale:The scores of VAS,WOMAC and clinical symptom rating scale of the two groups were better after treatment than before treatment,and the treatment group was obviously better than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);3.Safety: 1 case of mild adverse reaction occurred in the treatment group and 2 cases of mild adverse reaction occurred in the control group,all of which improved by themselves,suggesting that the safety of the two groups was good.Conclusions: 1.Modified Danggui Sini Decoction combined with acupoint application therapy and conventional western medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the difficulty of daily living activities of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The curative effect of Jiawei Danggui Sini Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of KOA is better than that of conventional western medicine,and it has more advantages than conventional western medicine in alleviating knee joint pain,stiffness and reducing the difficulty of daily life activities,and has good safety.
